A biomass pulverizing apparatus includes a pulverizing apparatus body including a feedstock supply pipe, the pulverizing apparatus body for supplying biomass feedstock from above in a vertical axial direction, a pulverizing table for placing the biomass feedstock, a drive section for rotationally driving the pulverizing table, a pulverizing roller for pulverizing the biomass feedstock by a pressing force, the pulverizing roller being operated in conjunction with the rotation of the pulverizing table, a blower unit for forming an upward flow upward from below on the outer peripheral side of the pulverizing table so as to jet conveying gas for conveying the pulverized biomass powder in an air stream, a classifier, the classifier for classifying the biomass powder accompanied with the conveying gas, and a blowing gas introduction section.

Biomass pulverizing apparatus and biomass/coal mixed-combustion system

A roller mill structure which achieves uniform distribution of fine particles passed through a rotary classifier to fine particle exits disposed at four points when conveying as pulverized coal milled in the roller mill on the air current is provided. A roller mill structure is configured to discharge pulverized coal obtained by milling a raw coal, which is loaded in a mill body (), from fine particle exits () formed on the top of the mill body so as to be quartered in the circumferential direction to the outside by air current conveyance. The roller mill structure includes a table which rotates in the mill body (), three rollers for rotating on the table and milling the raw coal, and a rotary classifier () disposed upstream of the fine particle exits (), wherein a movable vane () for partly narrowing the cross-sectional area of a flow channel is provided at a midpoint of the flow channel for fine particle current flowing into the interior of the rotary classifier (), and proceeding toward the fine particle exits ().

Roller mill structure

To achieve an improvement in concentration distribution in a vertical direction at an inlet of a pulverized coal distributor and uniformly distribute pulverized coal to respective pulverized coal burners. A pulverized coal distributor and a gas-particle flow adjustment device provided on an upstream side of the pulverized coal distributor and at a bottom in a pulverized coal pipe to adjust pulverized coal to branch pipes in concentration are provided, the gas-particle flow adjustment device comprises a plate-shaped member provided along a substantially overall width of the pulverized coal pipe to have a substantially rectangular shape as viewed in plan view, a front edge of the gas-particle flow adjustment device is mounted pivotally to a bottom surface of the pulverized coal pipe, and an angle formed between an upper surface of the gas-particle flow adjustment device and a bottom surface of the pulverized coal pipe can be automatically adjusted on the basis of signals from flow sensors mounted to the respective branch pipes.
