A moving device in a pipeline, including: more than three segments, including a front segment, arranged in series; an extendable interconnecting element to connect adjacent segments; and an engaging force changing component to change engaging force of a segment that is to be moved with the inside of the pipeline to a smaller force, smaller than the engaging force of a remaining segment with the inside of the pipeline. The front segment has a head part, a body part, a joint part to turn the head part centering around the body part, and a drive unit to move the head part around the body part. The drive unit have a magnet provided in the head part and an electromagnet provided in the body part.

Moving device in a pipe line

A moving device in pipe lines is provided, which allows easy switching of moving/stopping and remote control of the switching by only electric wires enabling easy operation in the inside of small diameter pipe lines. Actuating system for accelerator

An operation device for an accelerator composed of an output pulley, having an engaging latch and two engaging projections, for winding an output cable; a first pulley having a 'C' shaped first engaging hole, for winding a first cable; a second pulley having a 'C' shaped second engaging hole, for winding a second cable; and an accelerator lever having an engaging piece. The first engaging projection is moved within the first engaging hole and the second engaging projection is moved within the second engaging hole. The engaging projection is engaging with the engaging piece when the output pulley is rotated.

An operating device for transmission comprising a change lever, a shift cable connected to the change lever, a bell crank, a select cable connected to the first arm of the bell crank, a bearing base, an operating shaft of which the middle part is fixed with the change lever, a first bearing provided on the bearing base to be connected with a supported end of the operating shaft rotatably and inclinably, a second bearing provided at the free end of the operating shaft for the rotatable connection with the second arm of the bell crank, a fixed shaft, of which one end is fixed to the bearing base, projecting from the bearing base, a third bearing provided at the other end of the fixed shaft to support the middle part of the bell crank rotatably and a spring disposed so as to be inserted by the fixed shaft with both ends fixed to the operating shaft. The operating device has an advantageous compact construction because the change lever can be disposed near the center of the device and no additional space is required for the inclination of the change lever. Further the device can be assembled and installed easily and economically because all major parts are mounted on the two shafts and the device can be pre-assembled prior to the installation thereof.

Operating device for transmission

The anchoring assembly comprises a sleeve to be coaxially fixed to one end of a conduit of a push-pull control cable from which an operating end of an inner cable projects, and having an external thread on an outer surface thereof. A locknut has an internal thread on the inner surface thereof engaging with the external thread of the sleeve, and is capable of being rotated and accordingly moved axially by an external force along an axis of the sleeve. A brake piece is movably passed through slidably by the sleeve in such a manner that a rotating movement thereof is restricted, which prevents the locknut from rotating. An outer cap comprises a holder and a snap-in device. The holder holds the brake piece and the locknut. The snap-in device has a snap portion. The brake piece and the locknut can be pressed against a rear side periphery of a penetrating hole of a bracket when the outer cap is inserted into the penetrating hole from the rear side and the snap portion expands to catch a front side periphery of the penetrating hole of the bracket.

Actuator for automatic cruising system

A device is placed between an end of a control wire which operates a clutch device of an automobile and an operating device, in order to automatically eliminate slack and excessive tension in the control wire. A first link is connected to the wire. A second link is connected to an operating device for linear movement relative to the first link. An adjusting spring is provided for resiliently urging the first link in a wire-pulling direction. A locking structure is provided for combining the two links with each other and releasing the combining state thereof when the operating device is situated at a region near a return-end-point.

Automatic tension regulating device for remote control wire

A transmission operating device comprising: a connecting arm of which both ends are connected with ends of two control cables, respectively, and having a first rotational center for rotating the connecting arm in a horizontal plane and a second rotational center for rotating the connecting arm in a vertical plane; a member to be rotated together with the connecting arm, being provided with a splined perforation; a splined shaft being a part of an outer shaft of a transmission, and being inserted into the splined perforation, so that the rotational motion of the connecting arm in the vertical plane is changed into a rotational motion of the outer shaft around an axis of the outer shaft; and a link mechanism being provided between the connecting arm and the outer shaft, so that the rotational motion of the connecting arm in the horizontal plane is changed into a sliding motion of the outer shaft in the direction of an axis of the outer shaft. Therefore, the operation of the transmission can be more promptly and surely performed. Further, the vibration of the mechanism is reduced and the durability thereof is increased.

A locking mechanism comprising: a frame; a first rotational member being supported on the frame so as to rotate around a first axis and having a guiding portion having a component extending in the radial direction with respect to the first axis; a second rotational member being supported on the frame so as to rotate around a second axis parallel to the first axis and having an engaging portion to be slidably guided along the guiding portion at the position apart in the radial direction with respect to the second axis, wherein the guiding portion has a stopper capable of being in contact with the engaging portion at the position most apart from the first axis, and when the engaging portion is in contact with the stopper, an angle which a straight line tangential to the guide way of the guiding portion forms with a straight line connecting the engaging portion with the second axis is substantially 90.degree.. The locking mechanism can be applied to various device having a member to be locked such as an operating lever, so that the member can be easily locked at a predetermined position.

A transmission operating device comprising: a connecting arm of which both ends are connected with ends of two control cables, respectively, and having a first rotational center for rotating the connecting arm in a horizontal plane and a second rotational center for rotating the connecting arm in a vertical plane; a member to be rotated together with the connecting arm, being provided with a splined perforation; a splined shaft being a part of an outer shaft of a transmission, and being inserted into the splined perforation, so that the rotational motion of the connecting arm in the vertical plane is changed into a rotational motion of the outer shaft around an axis of the outer shaft, and a link mechanism being provided between the connecting arm and the outer shaft, so that the rotational motion of the connecting arm in the horizontal plane is changed into a sliding motion of the outer shaft in the direction of an axis of the outer shaft. Therefore, the operation of the transmission can be more promptly and surely performed. Further, the vibration of the mechanism is reduced and the durability thereof is increased.

A transmission operating device comprises: a frame a change speed lever supported on the frame by a first ball joint, a first control cable and a second control cable extending in the plane crossing with an axis of the change speed lever and being arranged substantially parallel to each other, a bell crank being provided on the frame so as to rotate around a first axis extending substantially parallel to the change speed lever and having a first arm extending in the direction crossing with the first control cable and a second arm extending substantially parallel to the second control is connected with the change speed lever so as to rotate around a second axis crossing with the axis of the change speed lever, has the other end connected with the second arm by means of a second ball joint, and extends in the direction crossing the second arm. One end of the first control cable is connected with the first arm, and one of the second control cable is connected with the change speed lever. When operating the change speed lever in the direction perpendicular to the control cables, an inner wire of one of the control cables is smoothly pushed or pulled. When the operating in the direction parallel to control cables, an inner wire of the other control is smoothly pushed or pulled. The structure of the device is simplified and parts of the device are sporadically assembled.
