A vehicle cleaner system includes a cleaner unit discharges a cleaning fluid toward a cleaning target mounted on a vehicle; a motor pump supplies the cleaning fluid to the cleaner unit; a normally closed type solenoid valve provided between the cleaner unit and the motor pump and switches between permission and non-permission of movement of the cleaning fluid from the motor pump to the cleaner unit; and a cleaner control unit controls the motor pump and the solenoid valve. The cleaner control unit sets an operation stop time period for stopping an operation of at least one of the motor pump and the solenoid valve, and after the cleaning fluid is discharged to the cleaning target, stops the operation of at least one of the motor pump and the solenoid valve during the operation stop time period based on a predetermined condition.

Vehicle cleaner system

Provided is a vehicle cleaner system with which it can be ascertained which cleaner has broken down. A vehicle cleaner system comprises: a plurality of cleaner units; a motor pump; an electromagnetic valve which switches between allowing and denying the movement of a cleaning liquid; a cleaner control unit; and a plurality of protection determination units that protect the electromagnetic valve from being supplied with an overcurrent when the electromagnetic valve has short-circuited and is opened, and that notify the cleaner control unit that the electromagnetic valve has short-circuited and is opened. The cleaner control unit outputs, to a vehicle control unit, which electromagnetic valve is unavailable for use, on the basis of a signal that is acquired from the protection determination units and that indicates that the electromagnetic valve has short-circuited and is opened.

A sensor system equipped with a vehicular cleaner comprising: a sensor configured to operate in a normal mode and a standby mode; a cleaner unit configured to clean the sensor in response to an operation signal output in accordance with a dirt determination result of the sensor; and a control unit configured to control the sensor and the cleaner unit. The sensor is configured to operate in the normal mode, in which the sensor is operated at a predetermined cycle, and in the standby mode, in which the sensor is operated at a cycle longer than in the normal mode. The cleaner unit is configured to operate in a regular mode in which the cleaner unit operates in response to the operation signal and to operate in a block mode in which the cleaner unit does not operate even when the operation signal is input.

Use of Pb-free solder has become essential due to the environmental problem. A power module is formed by soldering substrates with large areas. It is known that in Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu which hardly creeps and deforms with respect to large deformation followed by warpage of the substrate, life is significantly shortened with respect to the temperature cycle test, and the conventional module structure is in the situation having difficulty in securing high reliability. Thus, the present invention has an object to select compositions from which increase in life can be expected at a low strain rate. In Sn solder, by doping In by 3 to 7% and Ag by 2 to 4.5%, the effect of delaying crack development at a low strain rate is found out, and as a representative composition stable at a high temperature, Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu-5In is selected. Further, for enhancement of reliability, a method for partially coating a solder end portion with a resin is shown.

An irradiating direction control apparatus includes a storing portion for storing a design reference value of a vehicle and storing output voltages of vehicle height sensors when the vehicle is in a reference attitude as measured reference values, an operating portion for operating a reference vehicle height based on the measured reference value and the design reference value and operating a pitch angle of the vehicle based on detected outputs of the vehicle height sensors and the reference vehicle height and the design reference value, and a deflection control portion for controlling to deflect an irradiating direction of a lamp based on the operated pitch angle. Even when the design reference value of the vehicle is stored to the storing portion at a later step of steps of assembling the vehicle, the reference vehicle height can be operated by the output voltages and the design reference value and initialization based on the reference vehicle height can be realized. A degree of freedom of design of a factory layout is promoted and a production efficiency is promoted.

A power semiconductor module and an inverter apparatus in which a device or a joining part is not mechanically damaged even when the temperature in use becomes a high temperature in the range of 175 to 250&#xb0; C., resulting in excellent reliability at high temperature retaining test and thermal cycling test. Low thermal expansion ceramic substrates are disposed above and below the device. A material having a coefficient of thermal expansion of 10 ppm/K or less is disposed between the ceramic substrates.
