The present invention provides a laminate-type decorative sheet for use in simultaneous decoration and injection molding, including a base film and at least a decorative layer provided on the base film, the decorative sheet having an elongation at break as measured at 25&#xb0; C. of 3 to 10%, and an elongation at break as measured at 120&#xb0; C. of 200% or more. The laminate-type decorative sheet exhibits good conformability to the molding surface of a mold during the course of preforming, and is less likely to produce wrinkling, blistering, breakage, etc. when laminated on and united with a resin molding through injection molding. In addition, the decorative sheet enables easy trimming.

Sheet for decoration simultaneous with injection molding and decorated resin molding

Provided is a decorated sheet for insert molding in which at least a base sheet, a print layer and a surface resin layer are laminated, wherein the above base sheet comprises an ABS resin having a butadiene content of 10 to 33% by weight based on the total component, and the surface resin layer has a thickness of 50 to 150 &#x3bc;m. Capable of being provided is a novel decorated sheet which does not generate harmful gases such as a chlorine gas and the like in burning and therefore does not bring about problems such as environmental pollution and the like and which is excellent in a so-called vacuum molding property and can suitably be used for various interior decorations of automobiles and the like.

Decorated sheet for insert molding

A low glossiness-metallic luster decorative sheet with a low glossiness feeling added to a metallic luster feeling, and a laminated body thereof. Glossiness change at the time of molding is reduced. In a configuration with a metallic luster layer, and a low glossiness-resin layer containing a delustering agent provided to a substrate sheet in the order of the low glossiness-resin layer and the metallic luster layer from the closer side when viewed from one side, the low glossiness-resin layer has a large number of minute opening parts such that the metallic luster layer can be observed in the minute opening parts without the low glossiness-resin layer. By laminating the same onto the substrate by such as a molding method, a laminated body can be provided. The metallic luster layer viewed in the minute opening parts realizes a high brilliance metallic luster feeling while providing low glossiness.

Low glossiness-metallic luster decorative sheet, and laminated body laminating same

A decorative sheet for injection-molding and decorating a resin simultaneously, the decorative sheet containing two resin sheets laminated on each other with at least one patterned layer intervening therebetween, and the two resin sheets having a difference in linear expansion coefficient of 4&#xd7;10/&#xb0; C. (41 to 50&#xb0; C.) or less. Even after subjecting to three-dimensional processing, such as vacuum molding, the decorative sheet suffers no warpage, and can be easily released from a mold for the three-dimensional processing, and even when the decorative sheet is set in a mold for injection molding, the decorative sheet does not fall off from the mold, a resin injected does not permeate a gap between the outer surface of the decorative sheet and the mold, and the decorative sheet suffers no peeling between the sheets constituting the decorative sheet.

Decorative sheet, process for producing the same, and injection-molded article with decorative sheet

Provided is a production process for an insert decorated molding provided with two or more kinds of pictures, in which a color of a resin is not seen from a boundary part between pictures and which has a high design property. The production process includes a vacuum molding step in which two or more kinds of decorative sheets are vacuum-molded and an injection step in which at least two kinds of the vacuum-molded decorative sheets are disposed in line in a female metal die and in which a molding resin is injected onto the decorative sheets.

Production process for insert decorated molding

A decorating sheet comprises a transparent resin substrate sheetand a glossy layerlaminated to the back surface of the transparent resin substrate sheet, and the front surface of the transparent resin substrate sheetis divided into high-gloss portions H and low-gloss portions L. The transparent resin substrate sheetis thick at the high-gloss portions and thin at the low-gloss portions, and, owing to these portions, the decorating sheet can provide a pattern that is visually sensed as if it were a three-dimensional pattern. This transparent resin substrate sheetis composed of two layers, a crystalline resin layerand a non-crystalline resin layer. A decorated molded product Pd can be obtained by laminating this decorating sheet to a resin molded product

Decorating sheet, decorated molded product, and in-injection-mold decorating method

A duplicating photosensitive material film is brought into close contact with an ND glass reduced in thickness so as to become flexible or a flexible sheet or an ND glass coated with a cushioning layer through an optical contacting liquid containing a surface active agent. In addition, a spacer is interposed between a hologram original plate and a duplicating photosensitive material, and a space defined by the spacer is filled with an optical contacting liquid, thereby regulating the thickness of the optical contacting liquid layer with the spacer. Therefore, when pressure is applied, the optical contacting liquid is uniformly pressed, so that it can be made uniform and thin in thickness. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a failure of duplication of a hologram image due to undesirable flow of the optical contacting liquid. In addition, the wettability of the optical contacting liquid improves, so that it is possible to prevent trapping of air and foaming and to make the optical contacting liquid uniform and thin in thickness. Thus, it becomes possible to duplicate a hologram image excellently. In addition, a cushioning layer is provided on the inner side of an AR coated ND glass or on the upper side of a photosensitive material film, and another cushioning layer is provided on the side of an original plate protecting glass which is closer to the optical contacting liquid or on the lower side of the photosensitive material film. With this arrangement, even if dust enters, it can be effectively held inside the cushioning layers. Thus, it is possible to prevent undesirable flow of the optical contacting liquid and lifting of the film due to dust and hence possible to perform duplication effectively without any hindrance. Also disclosed is a hologram producing apparatus which includes mechanisms for feeding and taking up a duplicating photosensitive material film, and a contacting liquid dropping mechanism. The apparatus further includes a mechanism for nipping an excess of contacting liquid dropped, a mechanism for drying the contacting liquid attached to the exposed duplicating photosensitive material film, a mechanism for positioning the film, etc.

Hologram and method of and apparatus for producing the same

A duplicating photosensitive material film is placed into close contact with a thin flexible ND glass or an ND glass coated with a cushioning layer through an optical contacting liquid containing a surface active agent. A spacer is interposed between a hologram original plate and the duplication photosensitive material, and the space defined by the spacer is filled with an optical contacting liquid, the spacer thereby regulating the thickness of the optical contacting liquid layer. In addition, a cushioning layer is provided on the inner side of an AR coated ND glass or on the upper side of the photosensitive material film, and another cushioning layer is provided on the side of an original plate protecting glass of the hologram original plate which is closer to the optical contacting liquid or on the lower side of the photosensitive material film. With this arrangement, even if dust enters, it can be effectively held inside the cushioning layers. Thus, it is possible to prevent undesirable flow of the optical contacting liquid and lifting of the film due to dust and hence possible to perform duplication effectively without any hindrance.
