Provided is a working machine with improved durability. A nail driver (working machine) includes a hitting portion that is formed in a rod shape extending about an axis line, an injection portion that abuts on an outer peripheral surface of the hitting portion, thereby guiding a movement of the hitting portion toward one side in the axial direction, and a supply portion that energizes a fastener toward one side in a direction intersecting with the axial direction, thereby supplying the fastener to the injection portion. The hitting portion has a tip part, and a center part provided at a position different from that of the tip part in the axial direction. At least a part of an outer peripheral surface of the tip part (tip part outer peripheral surface) on an anti-feeder side with respect to the axis line protrudes from an outer peripheral surface of the center part (center par outer peripheral surface) on a supply portion side with respect to the axis line.

Working machine

Realized is a driving device capable of controlling driving timing of a blade and driving timing of a feeder independently. The driving device of the present invention has a housing having an injection path, a blade hitting a nail supplied to the injection path, an electric motor, a controller controlling drive of the electric motor, a magazine accommodating connected nails, and a supply, mechanism sequentially supplying the connected nails, which are accommodated in the magazine, to the injection path. The supply mechanism has a reciprocable feeder backward and forward, an energizing member energizing the feeder forward, and a stopper holding a position of the backward moved feeder against energization of the energizing member. Then, holding the position of the feeder by the stopper is released based on control of the controller.

Driving device

A driving tool having a striking unit and a driver unit includes a solenoid configured to switch between a first state and a second state by being actuated by the supply and stop of the electric power, wherein the driver unit has a first drive state in which the striking unit can be actuated and a second drive state in which the actuation of the striking unit is blocked, wherein the first state enables the driver unit to switch from the second drive state to the first drive state and the second state blocks the driver unit from switching from the second drive state to the first drive state, and wherein an actuation direction of the solenoid and the moving direction of the nail are arranged so as to intersect each other.

Driving tool with switching mechanism

A driving tool without necessary to secure an arrangement space dedicated to an actuator is provided. A driving tool includes: a striking unit movable to strike a fastener; a housing for supporting the striking unit; a trigger provided in the housing; a push lever provided in the housing, and a trigger valve, and the driving tool further includes: a slide member provided in the trigger; and a solenoid provided in the trigger and configured to move the slide member.

A driving tool includes a housing having a support shaft for operably supporting an operating member, a contacting member which is capable of contacting and separating from a workpiece into which a fastener is to be driven, and which operates by contacting the workpiece, a pressure chamber to which and from which a compressible gas is supplied and discharged, a striking part operating in a direction to strike the fastener, a gas supply mechanism, and a transmission control member for controlling the operation of the gas supply mechanism, said operation being based on the operation of at least one of the operating member and the contacting member or the operation of both of them, wherein the fastener is struck when an operating force is applied to the operating member and to the transmission control member, and the contacting member is operated.

A driver includes: a pressure chamber and a striking portion actuated in a direction of striking a fastener when compressed gas is supplied to the pressure chamber, and can select a single firing and a continuous firing; a switching mechanism having a first actuated state to actuate the striking portion in the direction when the single firing is selected and a second actuated state to block the striking portion from being actuated in the direction when the continuous firing is selected; and a control unit configured to switch the switching mechanism from the first actuated state to the second actuated state when a predetermined time elapses in a state where the continuous firing is selected and the switching mechanism is in the first actuated state. The control unit stops the power supply to the switching mechanism for at least part of a period of time when the predetermined time elapses.

Driver

An engine is configured so that a muffler is affixed to the exhaust opening of the cylinder, and the air-cooled cylinder is cooled by a cooling fan. The engine is provided with a muffler cover for covering the muffler, and exhaust gas is discharged inside the muffler cover along the wall surface of the muffler. A second cooling air is combined with the exhaust gas flow from the upstream side thereof to be parallel thereto, and a first cooling air having been caused to flow under the muffler is caused to perpendicularly impinge against the exhaust gas flow on the downstream side thereof. Thus, the cooling airs are combined inside the muffler cover with the exhaust gas flow, and as a result the temperature of the exhaust gas is sufficiently reduced at the time when the exhaust gas is discharged from the opening of the muffler cover to the outside.
