A torque sensor according to the present invention includes a strain body, first structure Y-axis connecting portions, second structure X-axis connecting portions and a detection element. The first structure Y-axis connecting portions are disposed on a positive side and a negative side of a Y-axis relative to the strain body, and the second structure X-axis connecting portions are disposed on a positive side and a negative side of an X-axis relative to the second structure. The strain body includes four deformable bodies each including a displacement portion that is displaced in a Z-axis direction by elastic deformation. The deformable bodies are respectively disposed in a first quadrant, a second quadrant, a third quadrant, and a fourth quadrant. The detection element includes a capacitive element that detects a change in capacitance value by a displacement of the displacement portion of each of the deformable bodies in the Z-axis direction.

Provided are a polyol composition in which hard caking does not occur when stored for a long period of time, and a polyurethane foam using the same. The polyol composition comprises a polyol compound, a foaming agent, a filler, and a metal oxide fine particle, the foaming agent including a hydrofluoroolefin, and the metal oxide fine particle having a count number ratio of OH ions of a metal constituting the metal oxide fine particle with respect to a total count number of all ions measured using time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry of 0.1 or less.

A torque sensor for detecting torque around a predetermined rotation axis, including: a first support body, a second support body, a detection part which connects the first support body and the second support body and which undergoes elastic deformation by exertion of torque to be detected, a detection element which detects elastic deformation occurring at the detection part, and a detection circuit which outputs an electric signal indicating torque around the rotation axis exerted on one of (i) the first support body in a state that a load is applied to the second support body, and (ii) the second support body in a state that a load is applied to the first support body. The detection element includes a capacitive element which includes a displacement electrode fixed to a displacement part and a fixing electrode opposing the displacement electrode. The detection circuit outputs the electric signal indicating the exerted torque based on fluctuation in capacitance value of the capacitive element.

A torque sensor including an annular deformation body disposed so as to surround a circumference of a rotation axis, an exertion support body, a fixing support body, and a detection circuit. The annular deformation body has four coupling parts, and four detection parts positioned between two coupling parts which are adjacent in the circumferential direction of the annular deformation body, the detection parts undergoing elastic deformation by exertion of torque. The detection parts each are formed in a convex shape on one side in a direction along the rotation axis and are formed in a concave shape on the other side in a direction along the rotation axis. A force sensor according to the present invention includes: an annular deformable body arranged to surround an origin O when viewed in the Z-axis direction and configured to generate elastic deformation by application of one of a force and a moment; and a detection circuit that outputs an electric signal indicating one of the applied force and the moment on the basis of the elastic deformation generated in the deformable body. The deformable body includes: two fixed portions fixed with respect to the XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system; two force receiving portions positioned alternately with the fixed portions in a circumferential direction of the deformable body and configured to receive application of one of the force and the moment; and four deformable portions positioned between the fixed portion and the force receiving portion adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the deformable body, and each of the deformable portions includes a curved portion protruding in the Z-axis direction, and the detection circuit outputs the electric signal on the basis of elastic deformation generated in the curved portion.
