There is provided a parison guide which improves a flatness of parison with a simple configuration. A parison guide () guides a parison (P) which has an arc shape in horizontal cross section and is discharged from an extrusion apparatus (). The parison guide is fixed to a discharge-side end portion of the extrusion apparatus (). The parison guide includes a contact face () configured to come into contact with and guide an edge portion of the parison to flatten the parison. Preferably, the contact face () includes a curved surface, and the contact face () has a curvature of a horizontal cross section which gets smaller in a discharge direction.

Parison guide

A hollow container producing device for producing a hollow container using a pair of parison sheets is provided. The hollow container producing device includes a pair of molds; an intermediate frame to be clamped to the pair of molds; and a transport unit that carries the intermediate frame and a pair of parison sheets to a position between the pair of molds, with the pair of parison sheets being respectively held on opposite sides of the intermediate frame.

A production apparatus includes the following stations juxtaposed in the following sequence: a parison forming station for forming a parison; a built-in part attachment station where opposite sides of a center die provided with a built-in part are held between a pair of molding dies to locate the center die in the molding dies with the parison between the center die and the molding dies, and the built-in part being attached to the parison transferred to the molding dies; a molding station where the molding dies are closed to mold the hollow molded product; and a conveyance station for taking the hollow molded product out of the molding dies and conveying the hollow molded product. The center die is fixed at the built-in part attachment station, and the molding dies are configured to be movable back and forth between the built-in part attachment station and the molding station.

There are provided a part fixing structure and a part fixing method to a resin-made fuel tank which can firmly fix a part to a tank wall without the need of providing a molding die with a convex portion and a recess. A part fixing method for fixing a tank-associated part to a tank wall of a resin-made fuel tank, the part being formed together with a pair of hook portions, the method comprising a step of burying the hook portions in the tank wall in a melted state when the resin-made fuel tank is molded, thereby fixing the part to the tank wall after the tank wall is cooled. In order to cause the resin of the tank wall to flow well, a chevron portion having a pair of first inclined faces is projectingly provided at the bottom face of the part between the hook portions, and a second inclined face which is inclined in a direction opposite to the buried direction toward the tip of the hook portion is formed at the bottom face of each hook portion.
