An object is to provide an electromagnetic actuator that is highly resistant to corrosion and also capable of having high suction power, even in a condition where part of the electromagnetic actuator touches a corrosive liquid. An electromagnetic actuatoraccording to this invention is incorporated into a device using a corrosive liquid. The electromagnetic actuatoris characterized by including a magnetic pole piece; an outer yoke; a bottom yoke; a bobbin coil; a stepped portionthat is formed on an outer surface of the outer yoke; a waterproof portionthat prevents the corrosive liquidfrom entering at least where the bobbin coiland the magnetic pole pieceare; a movable platethat is placed in the corrosive liquidto form a magnetic circuit together with the magnetic pole piece, the outer yoke, and the bottom yoke, The movable plateis stored in a spacecreated either in the electromagnetic actuatoror between the device using the corrosive liquidand the electromagnetic actuator. The outer yokeis incorporated into the device using the corrosive liquid, on a reduced diameter side from the stepped portion

Electromagnetic actuator

A two-cylinder type rotary compressor has two compression elements each provided with a cylinder. First and second intake conduits are respectively formed in the cylinders so as to be in parallel to an intermediate partition plate disposed between the cylinders. Each one end of first and second intake tubes is connected to each of the intake conduits and each other end of the intake tubes is connected to a common intake pipe which is provided outside a hermetic casing.

Two-cylinder type rotary compressor

An oil hole is formed in a thrust-bearing surface in the eccentric part of a rotary shaft so that a given amount of lubricating oil is always maintained in the oil hole, whereby shortage of oil does not occur at the time of restarting of the rotary compressor after a long term pause of the operation.

An eccentric part of a crank shaft rotated in a cylinder is made a large diameter and a thin-walled rolling piston is fitted to the outer circumference of the eccentric part so that an injection opening for supplying a refrigerant into the cylinder is covered in a certain section by only a side surface of the eccentric part or both the side surfaces of the rolling piston and the eccentric part.

An eccentric part of a crank shaft rotated in a cylinder is made large in diameter and a thin-walled rolling piston is fitted to the outer circumference of the eccentric part so that an injection opening for supplying a refrigerant into the cylinder, the opening being formed in a bearing plate, is covered by only a side surface of the rolling piston or both the side surfaces of the rolling piston and the eccentric part.

A discharging valve device for a compressor discharges gas compressed in a compression chamber outside said chamber against an urging force of a discharging valve to a valve seat and resistance of breaking a film of a lubricating oil deposited at and near a cacting area formed between the valve seat and the discharging valve. The discharging valve device comprises a discharging port communicated with a compression chamber, a valve seat formed at the peripheral portion of said discharging port and having a curvature in cross section, and a discharging valve which is forcibly in contact with a part of said valve seat so as to open and close said discharging port depending on pressure in said compression chamber, wherein a contacting width of the sealing part formed by the contact through an oil film between said discharging valve and said valve seat is smaller than a contacting width of an oil film formed in case of combination of a flat discharging valve with a valve seat having a uniform curvature in cross section.

Discharging valve device for a compressor

A strainer device for a rotary type compressor includes a rolling piston which rotates with rotation of a rotational shaft, a cylinder plate provided in correspondence to the direction of the outer periphery of the rolling piston, a pair of side plates supporting the rotational shaft, and disposed on both side surfaces of the cylinder plate to define a compression chamber. A suction pipe passes through a shell housing with one end thereof being connected with a suction port formed in one of the side plates to introduce intake gas. A communication path leads the intake gas from the suction port to the compression chamber and a strainer removes foreign substances contained in the intake gas, the strainer being provided in a path formed in the cylinder plate or the side plate, not in the suction pipe, through which the intake gas flows.
