A control method that is achieved by a refrigerator application installed in portable terminal (), the control method including the steps of instructing an operating system (OS) of portable terminal () to connect to a refrigerator in operation in a software access point mode, and sending a service set identifier (SSID) of an access point and a password for connecting to the access point to the refrigerator. An SSID of the refrigerator that operates in the software access point mode, and a password for connecting to the refrigerator that operates in the software access point mode are incorporated in the refrigerator application in advance.

Control method

A semiconductor integrated circuit for power supply forming a power supply device generates an output voltage from an input voltage. The semiconductor integrated circuit includes a plurality of external terminals including a target external terminal; a target transistor disposed between the target external terminal and a reference conductive part having a predetermined reference potential; an output voltage monitoring circuit arranged to turn on or off the target transistor in accordance with the output voltage; and a constant current circuit arranged to supply a constant current to a point of the reference potential via the target external terminal.

In a switching power supply device, a comparison voltage is generated based on a feedback voltage commensurate with the output voltage. Synchronously with the output transistor being turned on, a ramp voltage is made to start increasing from a first initial voltage; when the ramp voltage exceeds the comparison voltage, the output transistor is turned off. When the switching frequency is lowered from a first frequency to a second frequency, it is switched to the second frequency after the lapse of a transition period. During the transition period, the ramp voltage is made to start increasing from a second initial voltage (>first initial voltage).

The present disclosure provides a power supply apparatus, which provides an output voltage outputted by a DC/DC power circuit to a power supply system of a load and includes: an external terminal which a load-side ground potential is applied to; an adding portion configured for adding the load-side ground potential applied to the external terminal to a set reference voltage; a low-pass filter (LPF) including at least one resistor and at least one capacitor, wherein the LPF inputs an LPF input voltage based on an adding result of the adding portion; and an error amplifier, wherein the error amplifier is inputted an LPF output voltage from the LPF as a reference voltage and inputted a feedback voltage based on the LPF output voltage. The error amplifier is included in the DC/DC power circuit. The output voltage is controlled according to an output of the error amplifier.

Solid electrolyte capacitor and method for manufacturing same

A driver circuit (DRV) includes a pull-up circuit (PU) and a pull-down circuit (PD) that share an output node (external terminal (T)). A signal (DI(DI)) input to the pull-up circuit (PU) and a signal (DI) input to the pull-down circuit (PD) are selected in a complementary manner, and the output node outputs an output signal in which rising time and falling time of the signals (DI(DI) and DI) are adjusted in accordance with on-off operation of the signals. The rising time is adjusted by transistors (Mand M) and a resistor (R), while the falling time is adjusted by transistors (M, Mand M) and a resistor (R).

Driver circuit and switching regulator

A power control IC has a switching control circuit of a fixed on-period type which generates an output voltage from an input voltage by driving a coil by turning on and off an output transistor according to a result of comparison between a feedback voltage and a reference voltage, and a quieting circuit which forcibly turns on the output transistor by ignoring the result of comparison when, after an on-timing of the output transistor, a predetermined threshold time elapses without the next on-timing coming.

A power supply control IC includes: a switching control circuit of a fixed on-time type configured to generate an output voltage from an input voltage by driving an inductor by complimentarily turning on/off an output transistor and a synchronous rectification transistor based on a result of comparison between a predetermined reference voltage and a feedback voltage in accordance with the output voltage. The switching control circuit extends an on-time of the output transistor more when a backflow of a coil current is detected than when the backflow is not detected.

An overvoltage protection portion () includes a transistor (P) that achieves continuity with an input voltage (VIN) used as an output voltage (VOUT) to an internal circuit when the input voltage (VIN) applied to an external terminal (T) is not in an overvoltage state. A high-side variable current source and a high-side transistor are provided in series between a supply power terminal of a control circuit and a gate of a switching transistor. A low-side variable current source and a low-side transistor are provided in series between the gate of the switching transistor and a ground terminal. A slew rate controller controls the current value of at least one of the high-side and low-side variable current sources according to the state of a setting terminal. A switching power supply device has a plurality of output transistors connected in parallel with one another and a controller that generates control signals turning on and off the output transistors at a predetermined frequency so as to generate a desired output voltage from an input voltage and supply the output voltage to a load. The controller determines which output transistor to drive according to the magnitude of the load.

In an electric storage device, a terminal plate includes an element-connecting part electrically connected to a first electrode at a first end of an electric storage element, and an external terminal connected to this element-connecting part. A sealing member is on the element-connecting part, and includes a hole where the external terminal is inserted. The sealing member and the external terminal seal an opening of an outer jacket. The external terminal includes a tapered part on its outer periphery at a tip, and is partially exposed from the sealing member. The tapered part includes a first end and a second end farther away from the element-connecting part than the first end. An edge of a side wall at the opening of the outer jacket is between the first and second ends of the tapered part in a first direction extending from the bottom to the opening of the outer jacket.

A switching power source device is provided with: switching control units of non-linear control type that generate an output voltage (out) from an input voltage (IN) by performing ON/OFF control of switching elements in accordance with the results of comparing a feedback voltage (FB) and reference voltage (REF); and an ON time setting unit that monitors switching voltage (SW) appearing at one end of the switch terminals, and sets the ON time (Ton) of the switching element in the switching control units based on the duty of the switching voltage (SW).
