The purpose of the present invention is to provide a charged particle radiation device capable of performing appropriate vibration suppression control in accordance with a device condition. To achieve the purpose, proposed is a charged particle radiation device provided with: a sample stage for supporting a sample irradiated with a charged particle beam emitted from a charged particle source; and a vacuum chamber for placing the atmosphere in which the sample is disposed in a vacuum state. The charged particle radiation device is provided with: a sensor for detecting vibrations transmitted to the charged particle radiation device; a vibration addition mechanism for vibrating the charged particle radiation device; and a control device for performing feedback control for the vibration addition mechanism in accordance with detection by the sensor, wherein the control device changes a feedback gain of the feedback control in accordance with the type of instruction in a control sequence of the charged particle radiation device.

A method of manufacturing methanol comprises producing a synthesis gas, recovering carbon dioxide from combustion exhaust gas by a carbon dioxide recovery apparatus provided with a carbon dioxide absorption tower and a carbon dioxide-absorbing solution regenerating tower, feeding the carbon dioxide to the upstream side and/or the downstream side of a reformer, allowing reaction of the synthesis gas to produce a reaction product, recovering a liquid crude methanol, and distilling the liquid crude methanol in a distillation apparatus provided with a topping tower, a pressure distillation tower and an atmospheric distillation tower to isolate refined methanol. Bottom liquid of the topping tower is heated and introduced into the pressure distillation tower, and the heat of distilled liquid discharged from this tower is utilized as a heat source for the regenerating tower and as a heat source for the atmospheric distillation tower.

Method of manufacturing methanol

A method of manufacturing methanol comprising producing a synthesis gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, allowing reaction of the synthesis gas to take place over a catalyst to produce a crude methanol, separating the crude methanol into unreacted gas and liquid crude methanol, and distilling the liquid crude methanol to separate it into refined methanol and waste water. Carbon dioxide in combustion exhaust gas to be discharged from a reformer is recovered, and that in feeding the carbon dioxide to the upstream side and/or the downstream side of the reformer, part of the unreacted gas is utilized as a purge gas, a portion of which being utilized as a fuel for a combustion device of the reformer, while the balance of the purge gas being utilized as a fuel for other heating sources and/or as an agent for desulfurizating raw gas.

A reactor comprises a plurality of triple tubes having reaction tube, inner tube and central tube and disposed in a main body of the reactor, a first supply port formed in the main body and communicated with the central tube, and a second supply port formed in the main body and communicated with an annular space of triple tubes. The raw material introduced from the first supply port is fed into the catalyst layer to permit the reaction of the raw material to take place, and that as the activity of the catalyst is gradually lowered, the quantity of raw material to be fed to the first supply port is correspondingly reduced, and the quantity of raw material corresponding to this reduction of raw material is fed from the second supply port to the catalyst layer charged in the annular space.

There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a synthesis gas comprising reacting hydrocarbons with water vapor in a reformer to produce a synthesis gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, recovering carbon dioxide from combustion exhaust gas which has been discharged from the reformer by a carbon dioxide recovery apparatus provided with a carbon dioxide absorption tower and with a carbon dioxide-absorbing liquid regenerating tower, and feeding the carbon dioxide thus recovered, as a component of raw gas, to the upstream side and/or the downstream side of the reformer. The hot synthesis gas produced in the reformer is utilized as a heat source for regenerating a carbon dioxide-absorbing liquid in the carbon dioxide-absorbing liquid regenerating tower of the carbon dioxide recovery apparatus.

A method of manufacturing a synthesis gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide comprises steps of removing only hydrogen sulfide from a natural gas containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide by permitting the natural gas to pass through a hydrogen sulfide-removing device filled with a hydrogen sulfide absorbent, adding carbon dioxide and steam to the natural gas which the hydrogen sulfide has been removed to prepare a mixed gas, and feeding the mixed gas into a reaction tube of a reformer, thereby permitting mainly a steam reforming reaction to take place in the mixed gas. This method enables hydrogen sulfide in natural gas to be removed while permitting the carbon dioxide of natural gas to be effectively utilized, thereby reducing the quantity of carbon dioxide to be added to the natural gas to be transferred to the reformer.

Method of manufacturing synthesis gas

A method for manufacturing a synthesis gas, which makes it possible to procure CO inside a synthesis gas-manufacturing plant utilizing the Fisher-Tropsch reaction system, thereby enabling the synthesis gas to be cheaply manufactured by way of the Fisher-Tropsch reaction system without being restricted by the location of CO gas source such as an ammonia plant, the synthesis gas comprising a molar ratio of H /CO suited for synthesizing gasoline, kerosene and gas oil. This method comprises the steps of, feeding a steam-mixed natural gas to a reformer provided with a combustion radiation portion for burning a fuel, the reformer being heated by the combustion radiation portion, recovering carbon dioxide from a combustion exhaust gas generated at the combustion radiation portion, and adding the carbon dioxide to the steam-mixed natural gas at a location on an upstream side of the reformer.

Method of manufacturing a synthesis gas to be employed for the synthesis of gasoline, kerosene and gas oil

A natural gas having steam and carbon dioxide added thereto is supplied into a reaction tube of a reformer provided with the reaction tube and a combustion radiation section for heating the reaction tube by combustion of a fuel so as to carry out a reaction between the hydrocarbon contained in the natural gas and the steam added to the natural gas, thereby forming a synthetic gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Then, the synthetic gas is subjected to a reaction in the presence of a methanol synthesizing catalyst. A crude methanol obtained is subjected to a gas-liquid separation. Further, a liquid crude methanol separated in the separation is distilled. In the particular methanol manufacturing process, a part of the purge gas obtained in the separation is recycled into the natural gas having steam and carbon dioxide added thereto in advance.

A method of manufacturing a synthesis gas, which makes use of a synthesis plant comprising a reformer having a steam reforming reaction tube, a combustion radiation portion provided around the reaction tube, for heating the reaction tube, and a convection portion communicating the combustion radiation portion. A steam-containing natural gas is prepared by adding stream to a natural gas. The steam-containing natural gas is preheated by passing the natural gas through a convection portion of reformer, the natural gas preheated being subsequently fed to the reaction tube. After being preheated in the convection portion, carbon dioxide is fed to the reaction tube, thereby producing a synthesis gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide.

A process for synthesizing material uses an exothermic reactor which comprises a coolant shell, two concentric pipes provided within the shell, a catalyst bed packed between inner and outer ones of the concentric pipes, an introduction tube connected to the inner pipe through which a starting fluid is introduced, and a communication path enabling the fluid after the passage of the inner pipe to be passed through the catalyst bed in a direction opposite to the direction of the passage through the inner pipe, the coolant shell having an inlet and an outlet for a coolant arranged in such a way that the flow of the coolant is parallel to the flow of the fluid within the catalyst bed. The coolant on the outside and the starting fluid on the inside of the catalyst bed cools the bed in such a way as to produce a temperature distribution along the bed that follows a maximum reaction rate line (M in FIG. 1) relating the concentration of the methanol to the temperature of the starting fluid.
