A blade of a hair removal device according to the present disclosure includes a fixed blade having a fixed blade bar and a fixed blade groove, and a movable blade having a movable blade bar and a movable blade groove. The movable blade bar is formed such that a bar width in a reciprocating sliding direction is larger than a groove width of the fixed blade groove in the reciprocating sliding direction. In the fixed blade bar, a bar width in the reciprocating sliding direction is larger than a groove width of the movable blade groove in the reciprocating sliding direction. In the fixed blade groove and the movable blade groove, a blade groove angle at least on an opening side is a positive angle with an intersection positioned on a depth side. This configuration provides a blade of a hair removal device capable of suppressing deformation.

Trimmer blade includes stationary blade that includes a plurality of first unit blades, and movable blade that includes a plurality of second unit blades and slides relative to stationary blade. A leading end of first unit blade includes projection that projects from first sliding surface of first unit blade. Trimmer blade and body hair cutting device

A hair remover including a cylindrical outer blade and an inner blade rotatably accommodated in the outer blade. The outer blade includes a side wall, a bend, and an upper wall that are continuous with each other. A first cutting edge is arranged on the upper wall and the side wall. The inner blade includes a second cutting edge arranged so as to clip hair in cooperation with the first cutting edge of the outer blade. The hair remover further includes a relief arranged on at least either one of the inner blade and the outer blade to prevent contact between the inner blade and the bend of the outer blade.

Hair remover

A hair remover including an outer blade and an inner blade accommodated in the outer blade. The outer blade includes a cylindrical side wall, an upper wall, and a bend connecting the side wall and the upper wall. Straight upper cutting edges and side cutting edges are formed by slits extending from the upper wall to an upper part of the side wall. The inner blade includes a straight upper cutting edge, which is formed at a location corresponding to the upper cutting edges of the upper blade, and a straight side cutting edge, which is formed at a location corresponding to the side cutting edges of the outer blade. The outer blade and the inner blade are formed so as to clip body hair through cooperation between the straight side cutting edges and cooperation between the straight upper cutting edges.

A hair clipper () comprises a replaceable blade block () having a comb-shaped stationary blade () and a comb-shaped moving blade () which is reciprocally movable in a widthwise direction of the hair clipper (), a main body () having a motor () and a driving member () to transfer and to transmit a driving force of the motor () to reciprocal motion of the moving blade (), and to which the blade block () is detachably attached, and a pressing mechanism () to press the moving blade () toward the stationary blade (). The pressing mechanism () is provided on the main body () and has at least one contact portion () which reciprocally moves in synchronism with a reciprocal motion of the moving blade ().

Hair clipper

A hair clipper has a blade block, which includes a fixed blade, a movable blade overlapped with the fixed blade to make sliding contact with the fixed blade, a pressing spring applying a pressing load to maintain a uniform contact pressure between the fixed blade and the movable blade, and a blade base for receiving and retaining the fixed blade and the movable blade and the pressing spring. The blade base has a blade holder retaining the fixed blade and the movable blade and a blade cover attached to the blade holder to cover the fixed blade and the movable blade. Further, the blade holder has a primary retainer member holding end portions of the pressing spring and the blade cover has a secondary retainer member pressing the end portions of the pressing spring in a direction in which the pressing spring is retained by the primary retainer member.

A hair clipper includes three blade blocks each including comb-like blades mutually overlapped for making sliding contact with each other, each blade block having a skin contact surface parallel to a projecting direction of the comb-like blades; and a main body including a drive unit for reciprocating one of the comb-like blades. The blade blocks include first, second and third blade blocks. The second blade block has a skin surface contact angle between a longitudinal axis of the main body and the skin contact surface acute and greater than that of the first blade block. The third blade block has a skin surface contact angle same as that of the second blade block. The third blade block has a cutting width smaller than that of the first and second blade blocks. The main body includes an attachment unit for detachably attaching one of the blade blocks to the main body.

A main body of an inner blade is inserted into an inner blade insertion hole of an inner blade frame such that the main body can extend and retreat, a tip end cutting edge is pushed by a spring such that it comes into contact with an inner peripheral surface of a slit outer blade, the main body of the inner blade projecting outward from the inner blade insertion hole is bent rearward in a rotational direction, and the cutting edge of the inner blade is located rearward of the main body in the inner blade insertion hole in the rotational direction. With this configuration, the cutting edge does not fall forward in the rotational direction, and no gap is generated between the cutting edge and the inner peripheral surface of the slit outer blade.

Nose hair cutter

A dry shaver has a shaving head and a trimmer unit both movably supported to a hand grip. The shaving head includes a drive element for driving a cutter for shaving. The trimmer unit has a cutter which is connected to the drive element for trimming. A mechanism is provided to interlock the trimmer unit and the shaving head for holding the shaving head in a fixed position relative to the hand grip when the trimmer is in the operative position.

Dry shaver with a trimmer

A blade block of a hair cutter including a fixed blade, a movable blade reciprocating with respect to the fixed blade, and a blade base to which the fixed blade and the movable blade are attached. The fixed blade and the movable blade are assembled with a reciprocating guide unit into a blade unit. The reciprocating guide unit guides the movable blade to reciprocate with respect to the fixed blade. The blade block include an insertion opening. A mounting unit is provided to mount the blade unit to the blade base by inserting the blade unit into the insertion opening so that a cutting edge is exposed to the outside of the blade block.
