A method for manufacturing a battery includes (a) laminating an insulating layer on a part of at least one surface of at least one first collector, (b) laminating at least one power-generating element in which an electrode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a counter-electrode active material layer are laminated in this order and the at least one first collector on which the insulating layer is laminated such that the electrode active material layer covers the insulating layer, (c) cutting, in a laminating direction at a position where the insulating layer is divided, the at least one first collector on which the at least one power-generating element are laminated, and (d), before or after cutting the at least one power-generating element in the cutting (c), laminating a second collector on a surface of the at least one power-generating element that is opposite to the at least one first collector.

Method for manufacturing battery

A battery includes a positive electrode current collector, a positive electrode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, a negative electrode active material layer, a negative electrode current collector, and a sealing member. In plan view, the negative electrode active material layer is larger than the solid electrolyte layer. In plan view, each of the positive electrode current collector and the negative electrode current collector is larger than the negative electrode active material layer. In plan view, the sealing member is located outside the solid electrolyte layer. In cross-sectional view perpendicular to a laminating direction, the sealing member is disposed in a region sandwiched between a part of the positive electrode current collector and a part of the negative electrode active material layer and a region sandwiched between another part of the positive electrode current collector and a part of the negative electrode current collector.

A battery according to the present disclosure includes: a collector; an electrode layer in contact with the collector; a solid electrolyte layer containing a solid electrolyte; and a sealing layer containing a sealing material, and the collector has an annealing softening temperature lower than a glass transition temperature of the sealing material.

Battery and method for manufacturing the same

A battery according to the present disclosure includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a solid state electrolyte layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, the solid state electrolyte layer containing at least a solid state electrolyte and at least carbon atoms and including a carbon unevenly distributed layer. The concentration of the carbon atoms in the carbon unevenly distributed layer is higher than the concentration of the carbon atoms in a region of the solid state electrolyte layer excluding the carbon unevenly distributed layer.

Battery and production method for battery

A battery includes an electrode layer, a counter electrode layer, which is a counter electrode for the electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer between the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer. The solid electrolyte layer has a first region containing a first solid electrolyte material and a second region containing a second solid electrolyte material. The first region is positioned within a region where the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer face each other. The second region is positioned on an outer peripheral side of the region where the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer face each other, and is in contact with the first region. The first region includes a first projecting portion that projects outward from a region where the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer face each other, and the second region covers the first projecting portion.

A battery includes an electrode layer, a counter electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer between the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer. The solid electrolyte layer has a first region containing a first solid electrolyte material and a second region containing a second solid electrolyte material. The first region is within a region where the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer face each other. With respect to the first region, the second region is positioned on an outer peripheral side of the region where the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer face each other, and is in contact with the first region. A second density, which is the density of the second solid electrolyte material in the second region, is higher than a first density, which is the density of the first solid electrolyte material in the first region.

A display panel according to the present disclosure is a display panel with which an optical pen can be used. The display panel includes: a position information pattern layer which causes the optical pen to identify a position on the display panel; a color filter layer including a color filter partitioned by a lattice structure; and a non-visible light reflection layer having a shape which diffuses and reflects a part of a non-visible light emitted from the optical pen. The non-visible light reflection layer is disposed between the position information pattern layer and the color filter layer, and an amount of light which is reflected by the non-visible light reflection layer and then enters the optical pen is larger than an amount of light which enters the optical pen through the non-visible light reflection layer after being transmitted through the color filter layer and then reflected.

In a plasma display panel, in which an area percentage of the display electrodes in an area of an image display region of the front panel is expressed by a longitudinal axis, and a difference between a coefficient of expansion of the front substrate from room temperature to 300&#xb0; C. and a coefficient of expansion of the dielectric layer from room temperature to 300&#xb0; C. is expressed by a lateral axis, the difference between the coefficients of expansion and the area percentage stay within a region formed by connecting coordinates (35&#xd7;10/&#xb0; C., 60%), coordinates (8&#xd7;10/&#xb0; C., 60%), coordinates (5&#xd7;10/&#xb0; C., 40%), and coordinates (23&#xd7;10/&#xb0; C., 40%) in the mentioned order with a straight line where the straight line is included.

Plasma display panel having low residual stress

A plasma display panel includes a front plate and a rear plate disposed in such a manner as to face the front plate. The front plate has a display electrode and a dielectric layer covering the display electrode. The dielectric layer contains substantially no lead components but contains MgO, SiO, and KO. A content of MgO is in a range between 0.3 mol % and 1.0 mol %, both inclusive. The content of SiOis in a range between 35 mol % and 50 mol %, both inclusive.

A plasma display panel is formed of a front panel including display electrodes, a dielectric layer, and a protective layer which are formed on a glass substrate, and a rear panel including electrodes, barrier ribs, and phosphor layers all of which are formed on a substrate. Plasma display panel free from yellowing

A plasma display panel (PDP) with excellent display quality, including a dielectric layer that does not contain lead, satisfies transmittance, insulation resistance and dielectric constant, and suppresses coloring. The PDP includes front panel and a rear panel disposed facing each other and sealed together at the peripheries thereof with discharge space provided therebetween. The front panel includes display electrodes, a dielectric layer and a protective layer on a front glass substrate. The rear panel includes electrodes, barrier ribs and phosphor layers on a substrate. In the PDP, the display electrode includes metal bus electrodes containing silver. The dielectric layer includes a first dielectric layer covering metal bus electrodes and containing bismuth oxide, and a second dielectric layer covering the first dielectric layer and containing bismuth oxide. The thickness ratio of the second dielectric layer to the first dielectric layer is 1.3 or more and 7.2 or less.

Plasma display panel with improved light transmittance

A plasma display panel is formed of front panel including at least display electrodes, dielectric layer that are formed on glass substrate, and a rear panel including electrodes, barrier ribs, and phosphor layers that are formed on a substrate. Dielectric layer is formed of multiple layers, i.e. lower dielectric layer and upper dielectric layer, and these layers are made of identical material to each other, and the material contains CaO and BaO, and the content of CaO is greater than that of BaO.
