A dynamic damper is provided which includes a weight, an elastic member that supports the weight so as to allow vibration, and a damper case that houses the weight and the elastic member, wherein the dynamic damper also includes corner part checking means for checking at least some corner parts among corner parts where at least one end face of the weight and first and second side faces that are each continuous from the one end face and are adjacent to each other meet. This enables the ease of assembly to be enhanced by enabling a corner part of a weight to be checked when assembling the weight into a damper case, and also enables the state in which the elastic member is mounted on an end part of the weight to be easily checked.

Dynamic damper, headrest, and vehicular seat

Provided is a seatback structure for a seatback provided with a lower seatback support and an upper seatback support pivotably connected to the upper end of the lower seatback support. An actuator () is fixedly secured to one of a pair lower side frames () of a seatback frame (F), and an output end () of the actuator is configured to move linearly along a length of the lower side frame, and a link () is provided with an upper end pivotally connected to a part of a corresponding upper side frame () and a lower end pivotally connected to the output end of the actuator. The upper end portion of the lower side frame and the lower end portion of the corresponding upper side frame comprise plate members facing laterally each other in an overlying relationship, and at least partly interposing the link therebetween.

Seatback structure having pivotable upper seatback support

A headrest includes a right headrest pillar and a left headrest pillar apart from the right headrest pillar, a fixed frame disposed on the headrest pillars, a movable frame coupled to the fixed frame with a movable mechanism, and a front-back locking mechanism locking and unlocking a front-back movement of the movable frame relative to the fixed frame. The movable frame is movable in the front-back direction relative to the fixed frame. The front-back locking mechanism includes a plurality of engaged members disposed outside the right and left headrest pillars in a width direction thereof and a locking member having a plurality of engaging portions to be respectively engaged with the engaged members to lock the movement of the movable frame.
