A vehicle power supply system includes a power supply path, and an ECU detaching a fault occurrence portion occurring in a part of the power supply path from the power supply path based on a set value lower than a lowest operation voltage of a load and a voltage related to the power supply path. The set value is set within a normal range of the voltage related to the power supply path. The power supply path includes a plurality of electrical connection units connected to the load and a plurality of connection wirings connecting each of the electrical connection units in a loop shape. In a case that a part of voltages related to each of the connection wirings is equal to or less than the set value, the control unit supplies power to the load via another part of the voltages related to each of the connection wirings.

Vehicle power supply system

Disclosed is a crimp machine capable of eliminating product management for a relay connector per an ID. In the crimp machine, by a power source line, a ground line, and a signal line being positioned between a terminal mount table to which a crimp connector disposed in the relay connector is mounted and a crimp blade, and by the crimp blade being move close to a terminal mount table, the power source line, the ground line, and the signal line are thus crimped, wherein a connection terminal is disposed on the terminal mount table and an ID is made to output from the connection terminal.

A load control unit for controlling the supply of an electric power to a load from battery in accordance with a pulse-width modulation control includes: a reference voltage generating unit; a first charging/discharging unit; a second charging/discharging unit connected in series to the first charging/discharging unit to charge and discharge in reverse to those of the first charging/discharging unit; a first comparing unit that compares the voltage of the first charging/discharging unit with the reference voltage and switches between the charge and discharge of the first charging/discharging unit to generate a triangle wave; and a second comparing unit that compares a divided voltage by dividing the voltage of the battery with the voltage of the triangle wave generated by the first comparing unit to generate a PWM pulse. The ratio of capacities between the first and second charging/discharging units approximates to the ratio of resistances for obtaining the divided voltage.

Load control unit

A control circuit of a semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor element which supplies an electric power to a load; an over-heat protecting unit having: a temperature detecting section which detects a rise in temperature; a latch section which holds an output of the temperature detecting section; and a gate interrupting section which interrupts an input to a gate of the semiconductor element in accordance with the output of the latch section; a control unit which supplies a PWM signal for turning on/off the semiconductor element; a driving electric power supply unit which supplies a driving electric power for driving the over-heat protecting unit; and a timer unit which allows the driving electric power supply unit to supply the driving electric power for a predetermined period when the input to the gate of the semiconductor element is interrupted and the control unit stops to supply the PWM signal.

Control circuit of semiconductor device having over-heat protecting function

A function selecting control system is provided, which modularizes a plurality of wiper control systems, builds them in an integrated circuit, and selects a desired system on the basis of a selection signal of the system from the outside, thereby drive-controlling a wiper motor. The function selecting control system includes: input device for inputting a selection signal which selects a control logic block corresponding to a starting control mode out of the control logic blocks provided for every control mode of the motor; judgment device for reading the input selection signal for a standard number of times and for judging the coincidence among the read selection signals; count device for counting the number of times of the coincidence; settlement device for settling the selection signal when the number of times of the coincidence reaches the predetermined standard number; and system starting device for starting a control logic corresponding to the settled selection signal.

Function selecting control system

A wiper control apparatus includes a combination switch , a wipermotor , an autostop (AS) switch , a first semiconductor switch element for on/off controlling energization of the wiper motor, a second semiconductor switch element for turning on a closed circuit which passes a reverse current through the wiper motor while the energization for the wiper motor is off, a controller for ON/OFF controlling the first and the second semiconductor switch element, and a current limiting resistor R for limiting the current flowing the second semiconductor switch element . In this configuration, a wiper control apparatus can be provided which can solve the problem when the abnormality of short-circuiting downstream of the wiper motor occurs, is compact, reliable and surely operable using semiconductor switches and a digital-controlled controller.

Wiper control apparatus

A wiper control apparatus includes a combination switch , a wiper motor , an autostop (AS) switch , a first semiconductor switch element for on/off controlling energization of the wiper motor, and a controller for supplying an ON/OFF control signal to the first semiconductor switch element. While the wiper operates in the operation mode set by the combination switch, if the level of the signal produced from said AS switch does not vary for a longer period than a prescribed abnormality detecting period owing to occurrence of abnormality of said wiper motor, said controller forcibly turns off said first semiconductor switch element. In this configuration, a wiper control apparatus can be provided which is compact, reliable and surely operable using a semiconductor switch and a controller digital controlled.
