An objective of the present invention is to realize a voltage detection function in a cell type power supply device having a wireless communication function. A cell type power supply deviceis attached to a cell boxof an external load devicealone or in series with another external cell. A housinghas a shape and dimensions based on a cell standard, and front and rear terminals of the external cell held in a cell holderin the housingare to be in contact with an inner positive terminaland an inner negative terminal. An outer positive terminalconnected to the inner positive terminal is provided on a front end surface of the housing, and an outer negative terminalconnected to the inner negative terminal is provided on a rear end surface of the housing. An output transistoris interposed at least one of between the inner negative terminal and the outer negative terminal and between the inner positive terminal and the outer positive terminal. An RFICgenerates a control signal of the output transistor in accordance with a signal received via an antenna. Voltage detection unitsanddetect at least one of a voltage between the inner positive terminal and GND, and a voltage between the outer negative terminal and GND.

Cell type power supply device having wireless communication function

A cell type power supply device includes: a housing having a shape and dimensions based on a cell standard; a cell holder including an inner positive terminal and an inner negative terminal that are brought into contact with front and rear terminals of the external cell held in the housing; an outer positive terminal connected to the inner positive terminal; an outer negative terminal connected to the inner negative terminal; an output transistor interposed between the inner negative terminal and the outer negative terminal or between the inner positive terminal and the outer positive terminal; a control circuit that generates a control signal of the output transistor in accordance with a signal received via an antenna; and a detection resister interposed between the inner negative terminal and the outer negative terminal or between the inner positive terminal and the outer positive terminal in parallel with the output transistor to change a voltage of the outer negative terminal or the outer positive terminal with respect to a reference voltage in accordance with ON/OFF of a power switch.

A timepiece includes at least a receiving unit, a power storage unit, a drive unit, and a control unit. The input unit receives an input of the time displayed by the display unit of the timepiece. The time correction amount calculation unit calculates a time correction amount for correcting the time of the timepiece from a difference between the time, the input of which is received by the input unit and the current time acquired by the acquisition unit. The transmitting unit transmits the time correction amount to the timepiece by using light. The receiving unit receives the time correction amount. The power storage unit stores electricity by using power converted from the light. The drive unit drives the indicating hand. The control unit corrects the time displayed by the indicating hand, based on the time correction amount received by the receiving unit. The control unit controls a power storage period in the power storage unit and a receiving period in the receiving unit so as to receive the time correction amount in the receiving period.

An electronic device includes a solar cell, a secondary battery that is charged by the solar cell, and a control circuit that switches between a charging period during which the charging of the secondary battery from the solar cell is performed and a communication period during which an optical signal is received by the solar cell. The optical signal includes a synchronization signal indicating the transmission of data and the data, and the communication period is configured to detect the synchronization signal. The control circuit extends the communication period to enable the solar cell to receive the whole data included in the optical signal.

An electronic timepiece includes a solar power source, a voltage stabilizer circuit that generates a constant voltage by using power supplied from the solar power source, and a control circuit that clocks the time by driving a rotating body at first hand operation speed and at second hand operation speed which is faster than the first hand operation speed. The control circuit selects a voltage of the solar power source so as to drive the rotating body in a case of the first hand operation speed, and selects at least any one voltage of the constant voltage and the voltage of the solar power source so as to drive the rotating body in a case of the second hand operation speed.

A time interval setting unit sets a time interval that depends on the number of items of data stored by a storage unit. A storage processing unit stores the data in the storage unit at every time interval that is set by the time interval setting unit. The storage unit retains the data at the time interval that depends on data acquirement time. A data extraction unit extracts the data by the number of items of data that depends on the number of items of display data, from the items of data stored by the storage unit. When the time interval setting unit updates the time interval, it is not necessary to perform subsampling or compression on the data stored by the storage unit and the data can be retained at the time interval that depends on the data acquirement time with less processing load.
