A latex composition shows storage stability and spray coating characteristics and gives a soft adhesive layer after drying and a one-pack type aqueous adhesive. The latex composition includes a chloroprene-based polymer latex (A) containing a chloroprene-based polymer in an amount of 50 to 85 mass % as solid matter and an acrylic polymer latex (B) having a glass transition temperature of &#x2212;52 to &#x2212;9&#xb0; C. and containing an acrylic polymer containing a sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate having a structure represented by the Chemical Formula (1) or a sodium alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate in an amount of 15 to 50 mass % as solid matter, in a total amount of 100 parts by mass, and additionally at least one pH regulator (C) selected from boric acid, ammonium sulfate, and amino acids having an isoelectric point of 5.5 to 6.5 in an amount of 3 to 13 parts by mass as solid matter.

A soil erosion inhibitor is provided that includes resin powder excellent in moisture absorption resistance. According to the present invention, a soil erosion inhibitor is provided that includes redispersible synthetic resin powder having a bulk density of 0.50 g/mL or less.

Soil erosion inhibitor

The present invention provides a soil erosion prevention agent which is excellent in the freeze-thaw stability while maintaining the soil erosion prevention effect. When a toluene-insoluble matter of the water-borne resin emulsion is 60 mass % or more and a content of the water-soluble polymer in the soil erosion prevention agent is 1 to 7 mass %, preferably 3 to 5 mass %, the soil erosion prevention agent excellent in the freeze-thaw stability is provided and suitable for greening and a spraying material. The water-borne resin emulsion is preferably a resin containing a structural unit derived from vinyl acetate, or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion.

Soil erosion prevention agent excellent in freeze-thaw stability

Provided is a soil erosion prevention agent which can suppress the amount of resin used without decreasing soil erosion prevention effect. A soil erosion prevention agent containing a water-borne resin emulsion, wherein: the emulsion has a solid content of 30 to 70 mass %; and the emulsion has a viscosity of 50 mPa&#xb7;s or lower measured at 30&#xb0; C. when a water content of the emulsion is adjusted so that the solid content of the emulsion is 40 mass %, is provided.

The present invention provides a soil erosion prevention agent which is excellent in the freeze-thaw stability while maintaining the soil erosion prevention effect. A soil erosion prevention agent of the present invention comprises a water-borne resin emulsion; and a water-soluble polymer, wherein a content of the water-borne resin emulsion is 99 to 93 mass %, a content of the water-soluble polymer is 1 to 7 mass %, and the water-borne resin emulsion contains 0.01 to 0.10 parts by mass of a structural unit derived from a polyfunctional monomer with respect to 100 parts by mass of a structural unit derived from a main monomer.
