A reactor includes an assembly of a coil and a magnetic core; a case that houses the assembly; and a sealing resin portion that seals a portion of the assembly. The reactor further includes a heat dissipation member interposed between the coil and the case. The case has an inner bottom surface and the pair of coil facing surfaces have inclined surfaces that are inclined away from each other. The coil includes a first winding portion and a second winding portion disposed opposite of the inner bottom surface with respect to the first winding portion. The first winding portion and the second winding portion are parallel with each other, and have the same width. The heat dissipation member includes a first heat dissipation portion interposed between at least one of the inclined surfaces and the second winding portion.

Reactor

A reactor includes an assembly of a coil and a magnetic core; a case; and a sealing resin portion filling the case and sealing at least a portion of the assembly. The case has an inner bottom surface, and a pair of coil facing surfaces that face side surfaces of the coil. The pair of coil facing surfaces have inclined surfaces that incline away from each other in a direction from the inner bottom surface side to an opposite side to the inner bottom surface. The coil includes a first winding portion disposed on the inner bottom surface side, and a second winding portion disposed opposite of the inner bottom surface with respect to the first winding portion. The first winding portion and the second winding portion are in a vertical arrangement and are parallel with each other. The second winding portion is wider than the first winding portion.

A reactor includes a coil, a magnetic core, and a resin molded portion. The coil includes two winding portions and a linking portion connecting the two winding portions to each other. The magnetic core includes inner core portions disposed inside the winding portions, and outer core portions disposed outside the winding portions. At least one of the two outer core portions includes a composite core. The composite core has a portion protruding upward in the height direction relative to a virtual surface obtained by extending an outer circumferential surface of the inner core portions, and includes a first composite core in which the compact made of the composite material is disposed on an upper side in the height direction, and the powder compact is stacked on a lower side in the height direction. The resin molded portion includes a first outer resin portion covering the first composite core.

A reactor includes: a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel via a coupling portion; a magnetic core including inner core portions arranged inside the winding portions and a pair of outer core portions arranged outside the winding portions; a pair of holding members arranged so as to face end faces of the winding portions; and a molded resin portion covering at least a portion of outer peripheral surfaces of the outer core portions and fills spaces between inner peripheral surfaces of the winding portions and the inner core portions. The coil is a single continuous winding wire, the coupling portion is formed by bending back a portion of the winding wire, and one of the holding members on a side on which the coupling portion is arranged includes a recessed portion housing the coupling portion and an inward projection is arranged inside the coupling portion.

A reactor includes a coil including a winding portion; a magnetic core including an inner core portion disposed inside the winding portion and an outer core portion disposed outside the winding portion; and a resin mold portion that covers at least a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the outer core portion, wherein the outer core portion includes a resin core portion made of a composite material including a soft magnetic powder and a resin, and a first through-hole extending through the resin core portion; and a first end and a second end of the first through-hole open to a surface of the outer core portion other than a coil-facing surface that faces the coil, and the resin mold portion is inserted inside the first through-hole.

A reactor includes a coil having a wound portion and a magnetic core. The magnetic core includes a first core piece having a molded body of a composite material and a non-magnetic member, the molded body of the composite material contains a magnetic powder and a resin, the non-magnetic member is held by the molded body of the composite material such that the non-magnetic member and the molded body constitute a single piece, the non-magnetic member includes a base portion arranged along an outer peripheral surface of the molded body of the composite material and a protruding piece protruding from the base portion. The protruding piece is inserted into a region of the molded body of the composite material arranged inside of the wound portion so as to intersect an axial direction of the first core piece.

A reactor includes an assembly formed by assembling a coil and a magnetic core, a case for accommodating the assembly inside, a grip member for sandwiching the assembly from the bottom plate portion side and the opening side inside the case, and a screw member for fixing the grip member to the bottom plate portion by penetrating into the case from outside of the bottom plate portion. The grip member includes a first piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the opening side, a second piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the bottom plate portion side, and a third piece connecting the first piece and the second piece in a depth direction of the case.

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil and the magnetic core, a leaf spring fitting for pressing the assembly toward an inner bottom surface of the case, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. Each of the winding portions is so arranged that an arrangement direction of the winding portions is along a depth direction of the case. The case includes an opening having a rectangular planar shape. The leaf spring fitting is arranged in a state curved toward the inner bottom surface by having both end parts of the leaf spring fitting directly pressed against parts of inner wall surfaces of the case facing each other in a long side direction.

A reactor including a coil and a magnetic core, the magnetic core including a first inner core portion, a second inner core portion, a first outer core portion, and a second outer core portion. The reactor includes an inner resin portion and an outer resin portion, and the first outer core portion includes a first inner face that faces the coil, a first outer face on the opposite side to the first inner face, and an outward protruding portion protruding from the first outer face. When viewed from the first outer face side, the outer circumferential contour line of the outward protruding portion is located inside the outer circumferential contour line of the first outer face, and the end face of the outward protruding portion is exposed from the outer resin portion and is flush with the surface of the outer resin portion.

A reactor includes a coil having a winding portion; a magnetic core including an inner core portion and an outer core portion disposed outside the winding portion; a resin cover housing at least a portion of the magnetic core; and an adhesive portion filling a gap between an outer circumferential surface of a housing portion of the magnetic core and an inner circumferential surface of the resin cover bonding the housing portion with the resin cover. The resin cover includes: a flange portion having a surface that comes into contact with an end face of the winding portion and a through hole; an outer cover portion having housing portion housing the outer core portion and an abutting portion that contacts a portion of the flange portion; and a protruding portion that forms the gap between an outer circumferential surface of the outer core portion.

A reactor includes a coil having a winding portion, and a magnetic core including a core piece having an inner core portion disposed inside the winding portion. The core piece is a compact made of a composite material that contains a magnetic powder and a resin. The reactor further includes: a first projection that is integrated with and projects from an outer peripheral face of the inner core portion, and comes into contact with an inner peripheral face of the winding portion so as to position the winding portion in a diameter direction of the winding portion, and a second projection that is integrated with and projects from the core piece at a position opposing an end face of the winding portion, and comes into contact with the end face of the winding portion so as to position the winding portion in an axial direction thereof.

A coil includes a first winding portion having a first wire helically wound including at least one strand, and a second winding portion having a second wire helically wound including a plurality of strands electrically connected to the first winding portion and has an axis that is parallel to an axial direction of the first winding portion, wherein the strands included in the second wire are arranged in parallel in an axial direction of the second winding portion, the number of strands included in the second wire is greater than the number of strands included in the first wire, the cross-sectional area of the second wire is equal to or larger than the cross-sectional area of the first wire, and the cross-sectional area of each strand included in the second wire is equal to or smaller than the cross-sectional area of each strand included in the first wire.

Coil and reactor

Provided is a reactor including a coil having a pair of winding portions; and a ring-shaped magnetic core, the magnetic core including: a pair of inner core portions arranged inside of the winding portions; and a pair of outer core portions respectively arranged outside of one end and outside of another end in an axial direction of the winding portions, the reactor including a non-magnetic reinforcing member that is arranged between the pair of winding portions and is coupled to the inner end surfaces of the pair of outer core portions. An axial rigidity of the reinforcing member is 2&#xd7;10N/m or more. Here, the axial rigidity is a value obtained by multiplying the cross-sectional area of the reinforcing member perpendicular to the axial direction of the winding portions and the Young's modulus of the reinforcing member, and dividing the result by the length of the reinforcing member.

A reactor including: a coil having a winding portion; a magnetic core that is disposed extending inside and outside the winding portion, and is configured to form a closed magnetic circuit; and a resin mold that includes an inner resin disposed between the winding portion and the magnetic core, and does not cover an outer peripheral face of the winding portion.

A reactor including: a coil having a wound portion; a magnetic core that is disposed inside and outside the wound portion and forms a closed magnetic circuit; and a resin mold that includes an inner resin disposed between the wound portion and the magnetic core, and does not cover an outer-peripheral face of the wound portion.
