A measuring instrument and a measurement method which measures, using magnetic resonance, images such as a functional image, a morphologic image of an object to be measured eliminate the influences of the moving speed of the object to be measured during moving, thereby obtaining a precise measured image. The instrument comprises: the first and second external magnetic field generation devices which generate magnetic fields for exciting the magnetic resonance of a mouse (M) as a living body to be measured; a turntable which rotates and moves the mouse (M) as an object to be measured, thereby moving the mouse (M) in the magnetic fields of the first and second external magnetic field generation devices; an OMRI measurement processing unit and an MRI measurement processing unit which obtain measured image signals within the mouse (M) by phase encoding while applying a gradient magnetic field in the moving direction (y) of the mouse (M) without stopping during the movement by the turntable; and a measured signal correction unit which corrects the measured image signal (S (k., ky)), thereby obtaining a corrected image signal (S' (k., ky)) wherein influence of movement in y-direction is corrected.

Measurement device and measurement method

Provided is a method for the real-time visualization of an endogenous biomolecule to clarify the mechanisms of various diseases and enable diagnosis and treatment of these diseases. Specifically provided is a novel method for visualizing an endogenous biomolecule by using a magnetic resonance method (including Overhauser MRI and the electron spin resonance method). The aforesaid visualization method, whereby an endogenous biomolecule is visualized on a real-time basis, comprises: a step for treating a living organism to be examined by a magnetic resonance method and thus acquiring data of the endogenous biomolecule; a step for processing the data of the endogenous biomolecule thus obtained to give imaging data; and a step for displaying the imaging data thus obtained.

Method for detecting an endogenous biomolecule

A measurement device and measurement method make it possible to eliminate the load generated by stopping on a measurement subject that is moved among multiple magnetic field generating devices. The measurement device includes a first external magnetic field generating device that generates a magnetic field of a set size, a second external magnetic field generating device that generates a magnetic field of a size that differs from that of the magnetic field of the first external magnetic field generating device, a rotating table that causes the subject of measurement to pass in sequence through the magnetic fields of the first and second external magnetic field generating devices by causing the subject of measurement to move rotationally, and an OMRI measurement processing part and MRI measurement processing part that measures images such as functional images or structural images of the subject of measurement while it is being moved rotationally by the rotating table.
