A discharged warm/cold heat of a refrigerant circuit is effectively utilized in order to attain high energy efficiency. Appropriate operation control is executed when a hot-water supplying operation and an air cooling operation are simultaneously performed, whereby high energy efficiency is attained. When an air cooling operation by an air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit and a hot-water supplying operation by a hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit are executed, the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit, and the hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit are controlled such that a target evaporation temperature of the hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit or a target condensation temperature of the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit is attained, the target evaporation temperature or the target condensation temperature being set based upon an air cooling capacity and an evaporation temperature of the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit and a hot-water supplying capacity and a condensation temperature of the hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit.

Air-conditioning hot-water supply system, and heat pump unit

A heat-pump hot water supply apparatus, for dissolving problems of delaying in heating rise-up time when re-starting, and ill influences upon starting characteristics, due to liquid refrigerant residing in an evaporator when the operation is stepped, within a heat-pump circuit thereof, comprises a heat-pump refrigerant circuit, in which a compressor, a water/refrigerant heat exchanger, a refrigerant adjusting valve, and an evaporator, in series, through refrigerant pipes, a direct hot-water supply circuit, into which is supplied hot water heated, obtained by heating water supplied from an outside via a water pipe by means the water/refrigerant heat exchanger, and a compressor operation controller means for stopping the compressor and also closing the refrigerant adjusting valve when the compressor stops the operation thereof, and for re-starting the compressor after opening the refrigerant adjusting valve when the compressor starts the operation, again, wherein the refrigerant within the evaporator is collected to the compressor side when the operation is stopped, and after stopping, front and back of the evaporator is brought into a sealed condition by means of a refrigerant adjusting valve and a back-flow preventing valve, thereby preventing the refrigerant from residing within the evaporator.

Heat-pump hot water supply apparatus

A system of ordering and delivering merchandise by accepting order of merchandise from any customer through a home page or a virtual store concerning sales of merchandise and constructed on a network by a sales merchant and through the network and delivering the ordered merchandise to a delivery destination designated by the customer on the basis of map information. A map having a dealer of a neighborhood of the delivery destination is retrieved on the basis of the address information of the customer in response to customer's selection of the dealer as a delivery destination when order of the merchandise is accepted from the customer. The dealer is determined as a delivery destination of the merchandise by the customer while the retrieved map is displayed on the home page or the virtual store.

System of ordering and delivering merchandise in electronic mall and method thereof

In a refrigerator, an intermediate heat exchanger as an evaporator in the refrigeration cycle 11 in which a flammable refrigerant is sealed is provided inside of a heat insulating material. A heat transferring device is provided between the intermediate heat exchanger and a heat exchanger for cooling. At the time of stop and occurrence of the refrigerant leakage, the refrigerant inside of the intermediate heat exchanger is recovered into the condenser or into the refrigerant recovery cylinder so that even if the refrigerant leaks out, a leaked amount of the refrigerant into the refrigerator is reduced.

In the scroll fluid machine, a curve of either one of an orbiting outward curve and a orbiting inward curve of a volute body on the orbiting side is formed by an algebraic spiral expressed by the following equation in the form of polar coordinates r=a.multidot..theta..sup.k (here, r: radius vector, .theta.: angle of deviation, a: coefficient, k: exponent). This curve and any one of a fixed outward curve and a fixed inward curve of the volute body on the fixed side are arranged with a phase difference of about 180 degrees. Thicknesses of respective volute walls on the orbiting side and on the fixed side are adequately or suitably changed.
