In the present invention, there is disclosed a case for protecting a magnetic core having a substantially enclosed shape being constructed in combination with a case body comprising an inner and outer members which are adapted to cover the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the magnetic core respectively, a bottom member being adapted to cover the bottom surface of the magnetic core which has a substantially 'U' shaped cross section and a cap member being adapted to cover the top surface of the magnetic core which has a substantially reversed 'U' shaped cross section, which is characterized in that a taper surface is formed on each of the surfaces of the inner and outer members opposing to the inner and outer surfaces of the magnetic core respectively, said taper surface being so inclined as to contact to the opposed surface of the magnetic core at the middle portion thereof when seen in the axial direction of the core.

Case for protecting a magnetic core

There is disclosed a toroidal winding apparatus for winding an elongated conductor such as, for example, wire strip or the like, into a coil around an enclosed trunk of a magnetic core having a central opening defined by the trunk which is comprised of a magazine for storing the conductor by winding the same around the outer periphery thereof, said magazine has an aperture provided for pulling out the stored conductor inwards in a radial direction thereof, a magazine stand for supporting the magazine rotatable around the axis thereof which has a space for setting the blank magnetic core therein to allow the magazine to rotate passing through the opening of the core, means for exerting a braking force onto the conductor passing through said aperture, a tension slider being guided movably along the periphery of the magazine, a guide means for guiding the conductor having been pulled out from the aperture, and means for biasing the tension slider in a direction along which distance between the aperture and the tension slider increases.

Toroidal winding apparatus

In the present invention, there is disclosed an electrical induction apparatus having a magnetic core unit being comprised of a toroidal magnetic core and at least one winding wound around the core and a casing for housing the magnetic core unit therein, comprising a support plate for supporting the bottom of the magnetic core unit having at least one opening, means for positioning the unit at a predetermined position in the casing being engageable to the opening of the support plate, a cylindrical member made of an insulating material which is so formed as to fit into the central hole of the unit, a mounting plate for fixing the unit being disposed on the top of the unit, an axial member passing through the central hole of the cylindrical member, one end of which is connected to the supporting plate and the other end of which is projected outwardly in the axial direction thereof, a nut means for fastening the mounting plate to hold the unit between the mounting plate and the support plate which is engageable to a threaded portion provided on the other end of the axial member, wherein the mounting plate is fixed to the casing so as to hang the unit in the casing.
