An electric wire with a terminal connector includes an electric wire and a female terminal connector crimped onto a core wire exposed at the electric wire. A female terminal connector has a wire barrel having a surface to be applied to the core wire. The surface has a plurality of recesses formed therein. Each recess has an opening edge. The opening edge of the recess includes first opening edges that are parallel to each other. The first opening edges are arranged to overlap with each other in the extending direction of the electric wire so that the first opening edges are present over the entire length of all over the plurality of the recesses on the crimping portion in the extending direction of the electric wire.

Terminal connector and electric wire with terminal connector

An electric wire with a terminal connector includes an electric wire and a female terminal connector crimped onto a core wire exposed at the electric wire. A female terminal connector has a wire barrel having a surface to be applied to the core wire. The surface has a plurality of recesses formed therein. Each recess has an opening edge. The opening edge of the recess includes first opening edges that are parallel to each other. The space between the recesses adjacent to each other in the extending direction of the first opening edge is set narrower than the space between the recesses adjacent to each other in the extending direction of the electric wire.

The present invention is to provide a power supply control apparatus which can connect a ground to a suitable electric potential when the ground is disconnected. The power supply control apparatus includes a control circuit having a switch element and a switch control unit, and a load. One terminal of load is connected to a direct-current power supply through the switch element, and the other terminal is connected to a ground electric potential. The switch control unit has a ground terminal connected to the ground electric potential and outputting a ground current flowing toward the ground electric potential. The control circuit includes a bypass device having a load side bypass system for passing the ground current to the ground electric potential through the load when connection between the ground terminal and the ground electric potential is disconnected. The load includes impedance for changing the electric potential of ground terminal into an electric potential in which the switch control unit stably acts when the ground current flows.

Automobile power source monitor

A circuit board assembly containing two pluralities of busbars or wires arranged in a lattice configuration, there being electrical continuity at each of the intersecting points. Slits are provided on each of the busbars which engage each other to complete the lattice. In the case of wires, they are bonded to each other. The conductive member thus formed may be sandwiched between two insulative films and is placed on an insulative plate which, in turn, is enclosed by an electrical connection box. The configuration provides substantial advantages in economy of production, simplified equipment required, and ease of altering the circuitry.

A power supply monitoring apparatus, for which a plurality of different preset reference current values and corresponding permitted times are provided, includes: a cutoff device; current detection circuits; overcurrent detection circuits; an idle-up command circuit; and a low voltage detection circuit. When an overcurrent detection circuit detects a current value equaling or exceeding at least one of the preset reference current values, and when that condition continues for a time equaling or exceeding a permitted time corresponding to the pertinent reference current value, the circuit transmits a command to the cutoff device to interrupt the current supplied to a power feeding path. Further, when the idle-up command circuit detects an increase in a supplied current, an idle-up command is issued.

Power supply monitoring apparatus for vehicle

An electric connecting box is provided that has excellent connecting reliability between a printed circuit board and a bus-bar laminated body, and also has the advantage that it is difficult to develop any dead area on the printed circuit board. The electric connecting box includes a bus-bar laminated body including a bus-bar and an insulating base material, a printed circuit board electrically connected therewith, and a connecting block. The connecting block is configured to hold connecting terminals by partially molding a plurality of connecting terminals in a resin insulator block. The first end of each connecting terminal protrudes from the resin insulator block and is soldered with a conductor on one side of the printed circuit board. The second end of each connecting terminal is fixed to a connecting area on a side of the bus-bar laminated body.

Electric connecting box

A through hole 14 is provided in an earth terminal member 4 of an earth joint connector 1. A bolt 6 protruding from an external wall E is insertable into the through hole 14. A through hole 25 is also provided in a further earth terminal 5. The two earth terminals 4 and 5 are arranged to be attached to one another by fitting members 18 and 21 so that the earth terminals 4 and 5 do not rotate relative to each other. Thus the two earth terminals 4 and 5 can be connected to the external wall by a single nut 26 and bolt 6.
