An image capturing control server receives permitted terminal identification information being first terminal identification information identifying a first image capturing terminal from an authentication server via a WAN, and sets the permitted terminal identification information as setting information for a communicator that communicates via a LAN. The object information acquisition unit acquires and stores object information that is meaningful to a user and derived from the evaluation-use object. The evaluation unit performs an evaluation that includes comparing the meaningful information and the object information, and thereby calculating a degree of matching between the meaningful information and the object information, the evaluation determining whether or not a desired result is obtained from the image.

The determining further includes assessing whether the obtained display content and temporal transition of the obtained display content make a predetermined pattern is carried out, and when an assessment result is positive, the determining determines that the operating terminal has the imaging authority, and the predetermined pattern is to display each authentication image on the display of the operating terminal for display time predefined in an order predefined.

When a plurality of operators perform pointing operations, a pointing control device selects a pointer for determining a position to be pointed from among the operators by using the distance between a face and a fingertip or a substitute for a fingertip of each operator. The pointing device calculates the distance between the face and the fingertip or the substitute for each operator by using a position of the face and a position of the fingertip or the substitute, selects a pointer from the operators by using the calculated distance, and calculates a position of a cursor for a pointing operation based on the position of the fingertip or the substitute calculated for the selected pointer. A pointer can be selected regardless of the number of operators, and a pointer can easily change to another operator.

An optical processing apparatus includes an emitter for emitting light, a first light path for directing the light to a position to be processed on a workpiece, and a processing head. The processing head includes an optical system provided in the first light path, for shaping the light, a second light path having a portion shared with the first light path, the second light path directing light reflected from the workpiece, and an optical receiver for receiving the reflected light from the second light path. The optical processing apparatus further includes an actuator for changing a positional relationship between the optical system and the workpiece, a feeder for supplying a solder to the workpiece, a first shifter for moving the processing head in a first direction in parallel to an optical axis of the light emitted from the emitter, a second shifter for positioning the feeder in the first direction away from the processing head when the processing head is moved away from the workpiece by the first shifter, and a third shifter for moving the feeder against the processing head in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction while the processing head is moved by the first shifter. The optical processing apparatus allows the spot of the incident light and the position of soldering to be readily set depending on the configuration of a workpiece and can thus solder the workpiece at higher quality under soldering conditions optimized for the workpiece.

A recording device control apparatus includes a reception unit operable to receive transfer requests and a transfer request specification unit operable to perform transfer criterion judgment processing and same-area judgment processing. When a targeted transfer request fulfills a condition of a negative judgment result in both processes, the apparatus specifies the related data of a targeted transfer request as a transfer target. The same-area judgment process is for judging whether or not a transfer request that has area information identical to area information included in the targeted transfer request was received before the targeted transfer request was received. Furthermore, the apparatus includes a transfer unit operable to transfer the data specified by the transfer request specification unit. By transferring data to the same area in the order specified by the transfer specification unit, inconsistencies are avoided in the data in the recording device control apparatus.

The change is read as a change of an image shooting position of reflected light by the image receiving unit. It is possible to realize error stop of processing, by a level of a change amount, and to prevent processing bad item production before it happens.
