A manufacturing method of a silicon nozzle plate, having; a film forming process to provide the film representing an etching mask for etching the silicon substrate on a surface of the silicon substrate; a pattern film forming to form a pattern film by partially removing the film based on a nozzle hole forming pattern and an outer shape forming pattern; a silicon substrate etching process to form nozzle holes based on the nozzle hole forming pattern representing the etching mask, and to form a half etching portion at least in a part of the silicon substrate based on the outer shape forming pattern; and a silicon substrate separating process to separate the silicon substrate by splitting along the half etching portion.

Manufacturing method of silicon nozzle plate and manufacturing method of inkjet head

A method of manufacturing an ink jet head, characterized in having the steps of: bonding a nozzle plate and a support member by heating to make a composite member; forming nozzle holes in the nozzle plate of the composite member; and bonding the composite member having the nozzle holes formed to an actuator by heating with the use of a thermosetting adhesive, in such a manner that the support member side of the composite member comes to be in contact with the actuator.

Method of manufacturing ink jet heads

A memory board includes a board, a RAM (random access memory), a back-up battery for supplying a back-up power to the RAM, and a switch to switch a power source from a main power to the back-up battery when the voltage of the main power drops below a predetermined value. The back-up battery is located at the same position where either the switch or the RAM is located and mounted to cover the switch or the RAM.

Non-volatile memory board

A charge eliminating device for use with a photoreceptor drum. The device eliminates a charge on a required portion of the surface of a photoreceptor drum so that an electrostatic latent image is eliminated on the required portion. The device includes a circuit board for holding an electrical circuit on its surface, the circuit board having a line-shaped edge disposed to face the surface of the photoreceptor drum. A plurality of light emitting elements are disposed on the circuit board to emit light in parallel to the surface of the circuit board in the direction of the line-shaped edge of the circuit board. The device further includes a housing having a plurality of compartments each of which encloses one of the plurality of light emitting elements on the circuit board and has an opening at the line-shaped edge for passing the emitted light in parallel to the surface of the circuit board to the surface of the photoreceptor.
