Provided is a heat sensitive flow meter for measuring a flow rate of a fluid passing through a flow passage provided in an internal combustion engine, including: a filter () (constituted of a fixed resister () and a capacitor ()) for inputting a flow rate signal Vin outputted from a flow rate measurement unit installed within the flow passage to subject the flow rate signal to a predetermined filter processing; and a selection unit () (constituted of a fixed resister (), an operational amplifier (), and a diode ()) for comparing the flow rate signal Vin outputted from the flow rate detection unit and a filter signal Vf passed through the filter () to select the signal having a higher voltage as a new flow rate signal.
