According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a plurality of optical sensors arranged in a matrix having a row-column configuration; and an optical filter provided facing a surface for detecting light with the optical sensors. The optical filter includes a base configured not to transmit light and a plurality of apertures provided in the base and configured to transmit light. An arrangement of the apertures in the base comprises an arrangement in which the apertures are arranged spirally outward clockwise from a predetermined area and arrangement in which the apertures are arranged spirally outward counterclockwise from the predetermined area. The predetermined area contains a predetermined point.

Detection device and display device

According to an aspect, a detection device, includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of light sensors provided in a detection region of the flexible substrate, a terminal that is provided at one end of the flexible substrate and is capable of being coupled to an external device, and a peripheral circuit that is provided on the flexible substrate and located between the detection region and the terminal.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a gate line extending in a first direction, first and second source lines crossing the gate line and arranged in the first direction, a first light-shielding layer having first and second openings, and an oxide semiconductor layer crossing the gate line, and in the display device, the first opening and the second opening are arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction between the first source line and the second source line, the gate line is located between the first opening and the second opening, and the oxide semiconductor layer has a first overlapping portion overlapping the first opening.

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a liquid crystal panel and a camera. The liquid crystal panel includes a display area and an incident light control area. The camera overlaps the incident light control area. The incident light control area includes an annular line and a control electrode connected to the annular line and arranged inside the annular line. The annular line and the control electrode are formed in different layers with an insulating film sandwiched therebetween.

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a display panel and an image sensor element, the display panel includes a first area that does not overlap the image sensor element and a second area that overlaps the image sensor element, the display panel includes a first electrode, a second electrode that overlaps the first electrode, and a liquid crystal layer, the second electrode includes a plurality of first slits provided in the first area and a plurality of second slits provided in the second area, the second electrode includes a plurality of first slits provided in the first area and a plurality of second slits provided in the second area, the plurality of second slits are arranged based on a Fibonacci sequence.

According to one embodiment, a biometric authentication device includes a sensor and an illumination device. The sensor includes a first base material, a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements and a first control unit. The illumination device includes a second base material, a plurality of light emitting elements and a second control unit. Upon lighting the light emitting element at a predetermined position in the groups of the light emitting elements by the second control unit, the first control unit controls the operation of the photoelectric conversion elements so as to acquire a signal from the photoelectric conversion elements at predetermined positions of the groups of the photoelectric conversion elements.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a semiconductor layer, a first insulating layer, a gate electrode, a second insulating layer and a plurality of transparent conductive layers. The transparent conductive layers include a pixel electrode, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The pixel electrode is in contact with the second conductive layer. The second conductive layer is in contact with the first conductive layer. The first conductive layer is brought into contact with a second region of the semiconductor layer through a first contact hole.

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a liquid crystal panel and a camera. The liquid crystal panel includes a display area and an incident light control area. The camera overlaps the incident light control area. The incident light control area includes an annular line and a control electrode connected to the annular line. The annular line includes a first annular line and a second annular line disposed to be in contact with an inside of the first annular line.

According to one embodiment, a display device including an insulating substrate, a first gate driver, a first gate line and a conductive material layer is provided. The first gate line has a first end connected to the first gate driver and a second end opposite to the first end, and extends in a first direction. The conductive material layer is located between the insulating substrate and the first gate line, overlaps the first gate line, and extends in the first direction. In the display device, the second end of the first gate line is electrically connected to the conductive material layer.

According to one embodiment, a display device comprises a collimating layer including first to third openings, first to third color filters overlaid on the first to third openings, respectively, a first sensor outputting a first detection signal corresponding to light made incident through the first opening and the first color filter, a second sensor outputting a second detection signal corresponding to light made incident through the second opening and the second color filter, and a third sensor outputting a third detection signal corresponding to light made incident through the third opening and the third color filter.

Display device

According to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device comprises first and second substrates and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a base member, a sensor between the base member and the liquid crystal layer, a collimation layer between the sensor and the liquid crystal layer, an insulating layer between the sensor and the collimation layer, an insulating layer, and a light shielding layer between the sensor and the base member. The sensor is configured to output a signal corresponding to light incident from a liquid crystal layer side. The light shielding layer overlaps with an outer peripheral part of the first collimation layer.

Liquid crystal display device

According to one embodiment, a display device includes an insulating substrate and lines. The lines include first lines each including a first linear portion and a second linear portion. The first linear portions extend in a first direction and are arranged at intervals in a second direction. The second linear portions extend in a third direction and are arranged at intervals in a fourth direction. A length of each of the first linear portions changes gradually in the second direction. A length of each of the second linear portions changes gradually in the fourth direction.
