A high-lift device includes a flap body which is provided at a rear portion of a main wing which generates a lift for the air vehicle such that the flap body is deployed with respect to the main wing and stowed in the main wing and extends along a wingspan direction of the main wing; and a gap increasing section provided at an end portion of the flap body in an extending direction of the flap body, to increase a gap between the rear portion of the main wing and a front portion of the flap body in a state in which the flap body is deployed.

High-lift device of air vehicle

A high-lift device of a flight vehicle includes: a flap main body provided at a trailing edge portion of a main wing of the flight vehicle so as to be extracted from and be retracted in the trailing edge portion and extending in a wing span direction of the main wing; and a vortex suppressing portion provided at a tip end portion of the flap main body in a wing span direction of the flap main body and configured to suppress a vortex rolling up from a lower surface of a tip end portion of the flap main body to an upper surface of the tip end portion.

High-lift device of flight vehicle

A method for attenuating aerodynamic noise from a landing gear may include researching a start point of a shear layer as a flow field characteristic of a region in the vicinity of an original shape of the landing gear, and adding a plate-shaped object in the vicinity of the start point, changing the start point to an edge portion of the plate-shaped object to make the shear layer farther from the original shape. Another method for attenuating aerodynamic noise from a landing gear may include researching a static pressure and an airflow velocity in a region in the vicinity of the landing gear as a flow field characteristic of the region, and adding a plate-shaped object covering a surface of the landing gear which is different from a surface facing an upstream side in an airflow direction, increasing the static pressure in the region to reduce the airflow velocity.
