There is provided a contact switching device which has high productivity and in which operation characteristics hardly vary. The contact switching device includes an electromagnetic unit, a holder, a movable shaft, a movable yoke, a movable contact piece having movable contacts at both ends, fixed contacts, and a fixed yoke. At the time of excitation of the electromagnetic unit, the movable shaft moves to the holder side along a direction of an axis center. A magnetic circuit is formed of the fixed yoke and the movable yoke due to a magnetic field generated by a current that flows into the movable contact piece as a result of the movable contacts coming into contact with the fixed contacts. The movable yoke is then attracted to the fixed yoke.

Contact switching device

An electromagnetic relay includes a movable iron core arranged to move up and down within a center hole of an electromagnet unit formed by winding a coil, and a contact switch where an upper end surface of the movable iron core attaches to and detaches from a lower end surface of a fixed iron core arranged in the center hole according to magnetization and demagnetization of the electromagnet unit and a movable contact attaches to and detaches from a fixed contact by a movable shaft which reciprocates along with the movable iron core where the movable iron core includes a sliding portion which always abuts an auxiliary yoke disposed within a yoke, and where a height dimension of the sliding portion is at least equal to or larger than a plate thickness dimension of the yoke.

Electromagnetic relay

A polar electromagnet device has a drive shaft comprising an axis center supported so as to reciprocate in an axis center direction at a center hole of a spool wound with a coil, and a movable iron core attached to a lower end of the drive shaft on the axis center. The drive shaft is reciprocated with the movable iron core which reciprocates based on excitation and demagnetization of the coil. A permanent magnet is integrally arranged at the movable iron core on the same axis center.

Electromagnet device

A contact device has a first yoke having a substantially U-shape, a second yoke bridged over both ends of the first yoke, a spool wound with a coil disposed between the first yoke and the second yoke, a movable iron core inserted into a center hole of the spool in a reciprocating mariner, and a contact mechanism unit formed above the second yoke driven with a drive shaft having a lower end fixed to the movable iron core, which reciprocates based on excitation and demagnetization of the coil, and an upper end projecting out from an upper surface of the second yoke. An insertion hole communicating to the center hole of the spool and through which the movable iron core reciprocates is formed in the first yoke. An annular auxiliary yoke including an insertion hole communicating to the insertion hole of the first yoke and through which the movable iron core reciprocates is provided at a lower surface of the first yoke.

Contact device

An electromagnetic relay has a movable contact arranged at one end of a drive shaft that reciprocates in an axis center direction based on excitation and demagnetization of an electromagnet block, and a pair of adjacently arranged fixed contacts with which the movable contact is operable to contact and separate. A first electromagnetic iron piece, a second electromagnetic iron piece and the movable contact are inserted to the drive shaft so that the first electromagnetic iron piece and the second electromagnetic iron piece sandwich the movable contact. The second electromagnetic iron piece is biased to one end side of the drive shaft with a coil spring inserted to the drive shaft. When the movable contact contacts to the pair of fixed contacts, the second electromagnetic iron piece forming a magnetic circuit with the first electromagnetic iron piece pushes the movable contact to the pair of fixed contacts.

The present invention provides an electromagnetic relay that can achieve desired operation characteristics by simple and inexpensive construction even if it has a small thickness. Therefore, a movable iron pieceis rotated by excitation or non-excitation of an electromagnet, a movable contact pieceis elastically deformed through a card, and a movable contactopens and closes fixed contacts of fixed contact pieces. The movable iron pieceis provided with a card pressing portioncapable of pressing the card. The cardis provided with a contact piece pressing portioncapable of pressing the movable contact pieceby being rotated around a fulcrum. At least one of the movable iron piece and the card is provided with a press position changing portion, wherein when rotating the movable iron piece, force transmission from the movable iron pieceto the cardis performed at a position more distant from a press position by the card pressing portionof the iron piecewith respect to the fulcrum, and then performed by the card pressing portion

An electromagnetic relay which is short in length and capable of maintaining a required insulation distance is disclosed. A first coil terminal connecting with one of extension lines of a coil is disposed in the vicinity of one end of a movable iron fragment and a card. A second coil terminal having a binding member which extends from an intermediate portion of the second coil terminal in a horizontal direction and is allowed to be bended toward the electromagnet block with the other of the extension lines of the coil bound to the binding member is further disposed below the electromagnet block.
