A releasing/affixing device is a releasing/affixing device configured to move a seal from a sheet to which one or more seals are affixed, the device includes a base section, a pickup section disposed in the base section and configured to pick up a part of the seal, a gripping section disposed in the base section to be movable in a direction approaching and separating from the pickup section, configured to be movable in an up-down direction where the base section is lifted and lowered, and configured to grip an end portion of the seal, and a drive section configured to drive the gripping section in the direction approaching and separating from the pickup section.

Releasing/affixing device and releasing/affixing system

A work machine includes a pickup member configured to pick up a component; a storage device configured to store positional information on multiple pickup positions where the pickup member can pick up the component; a recognition device configured to optically recognize a multiple of the component including the pickup target; and a control device configured to select, from the multiple pickup positions of the pickup target component, one pickup position which is less likely to interfere with other components based on the positional information and a recognition result from the recognition device, and cause the pick member to pick up the pickup target component at the one selected pickup position.

A care robot that assists a standing-upright motion or a sitting motion of a care receiver without making the care receiver uncomfortable. In the care robot, a standing-upright trajectory, along which a movement control portion of a care receiver moves, is set so a center of gravity of the care receiver is in a range of the soles of both feet between a point in time early after the start of a standing-upright motion and an end time point of the standing-upright motion of the care receiver. A sitting trajectory is set so the center of gravity of the care receiver is out of the range of the soles of both feet from a point in time early after the start of a sitting motion of the care receiver, and moves toward a predetermined sitting position of the care receiver.

There is provided a movement assistance robot in which a single type of movement assistance robot can take care of multiple users having different physical abilities. A movement assistance robotincludes a robot arm unitthat is disposed in a basetraveling using drive wheels driven by a drive source, that includes multiple arms which are mutually and relatively movable by a drive unit, and that is configured to be transformable into multiple form types respectively coping with multiple movement postures (standing-upright walking assistance mode, hand support walking assistance mode, elbow support walking assistance mode, standing-upright riding movement mode, and seat riding movement mode) of a care receiver M, a holding unitthat is disposed in a distal end portion of the robot arm unitso as to support a care receiver, a selective operation unit that selects one form type from the multiple form types, and a transformation control unit that drives the drive unit and transforms the robot arm unit into a form type selected by the selective operation unit.

A reactive-species supply device is configured to supply a treatment gas to an electric discharge space that is formed by at least one pair of electrodes, for thereby supplying at least a reactive species formed in a plasma, to an object through a reactive-species output port. The reactive-species supply device includes (a) a reactive-species outlet passage disposed between the electric discharge space and the reactive-species output port and (b) an earth ground member disposed in a portion of the reactive-species outlet passage. The portion of the reactive-species outlet passage is distant, by a given distance, from the reactive-species output port. An object of the present invention is to provide an intensive machine performing a plurality of processes in a series of steps of fabricating a multilayer substrate. In order that the object may be achieved, the invention provides an intensive machine including an intensive platform installed in a direction in which a ceramic green sheet is fed out of a roll by a feeding apparatus. An adsorbing and conveying table is installed on the platform for conveying the sheet while the sheet is adsorbed and held by an air suction force. On the intensive platform are installed a via hole forming apparatus, via hole inspecting apparatus, filling and printing apparatus, filling and printing apparatus, filling and printing inspecting apparatus and wiring pattern printing apparatus arranged in the sheet conveying direction.

An apparatus for displacing two displaceable members, including a first member, a second member which is supported by the first member such that the second member is displaceable relative to the first member, a third member which is supported by the second member such that the third member is displaceable relative to the second member, a first and a second drive source which have respective output members and each of which is not movable relative to the first member, a mechanically motion-transmitting device which is connected to the respective output members of the first and second drive sources and to the second and third members and which mechanically transmits respective motions of the output members to the second and third members while allowing the second and third members to be displaced relative to each other, and a displacement control device which is connected to the first and second drive sources and which controls the first and second drive sources and thereby controls the displacement of each of the second and third members relative to the first member.
