An object is to provide a terminal cover which can be easily attached to a cluster while securely holding the cluster and which can protect lead wires extending from the cluster, a sealed type electromotive compressor whose terminal is covered with the terminal cover, and a refrigerant cycle device whose refrigerant circuit is constituted of the sealed type-electromotive compressor. The terminal cover comprises: a storage section which is depressed so as to contain a cluster electrically connected to the terminal and whose terminal-side face opens; and a recessed portion which is formed in a side wall inner portion connected to an opening of the storage section and which is to engage with a protruding portion protruding from the cluster, and an opening edge of the storage section is provided with a cut which corresponds to a terminal-side position of the recessed portion.

A refrigerant cycling device is provided, wherein a compressor comprises an electric motor element, a first and a second rotary compression elements in a sealed container. The first and the second rotary compression elements are driven by the electric motor element. The refrigerant compressed and discharged by the first rotary compression element is compressed by absorbing into the second rotary compression element, and is discharged to the gas cooler. The refrigerant cycling device comprises an intermediate cooling loop for radiating heat of the refrigerant discharged from the first rotary compression element by using the gas cooler; a first internal heat exchanger, for exchanging heat between the refrigerant coming out of the gas cooler from the second rotary compression element and the refrigerant coming out of the evaporator; and a second internal heat exchanger, for exchanging heat between the refrigerant coming out of the gas cooler from the intermediate cooling loop and the refrigerant coming out of the first internal heat exchanger from the evaporator.

Refrigerant cycling device

It is an object of the present invention to provide a refrigerant cycle apparatus which can optimize the capability of releasing heat from a refrigerant in a gas cooler and an auxiliary heat exchanger under use conditions at a low cost. There are provided an intermediate cooling circuit which once releases heat from a refrigerant discharged from a compressor and then returns the refrigerant to the compressor, and a fan which ventilates an inter cooler of the intermediate cooling circuit and a gas cooler. The inter cooler has substantially the same ventilation area as that of the gas cooler.

Refrigerant cycle apparatus

There is disclosed a refrigerant cycle apparatus capable of avoiding occurrence of an abnormal rise in a pressure on a high-pressure side in advance, comprising: a throttling mechanism including a first capillary tube, and a second capillary tube which is connected in parallel to the first capillary tube and whose flow path resistance is smaller than that of the first capillary tube; and a valve device for controlling refrigerant circulation into the first and second capillary tubes, so that a refrigerant is passed into the second capillary tube at the time of starting of a compressor.

The present invention aims to prevent the occurrence of liquid compression at the second rotary compression element before it happens while improving the compression efficiency with an intermediate cooling circuit in a refrigerant cycle apparatus which comprises an internal high-pressure type multi-stage compression compressor, and the invention is summarized in that the apparatus comprises an intermediate cooling circuit which allows refrigerant discharged from the first rotary compression element of a compressor to dissipate heat, where a microcomputer performs control on the number of revolutions of the compressor to maintain the temperature/pressure of refrigerant so that the refrigerant does not condense at the output of the intermediate cooling circuit, where such a control is done in response to outputs from an outside-air temperature sensor, a refrigerant temperature sensor, and a signal from a controlling apparatus of a refrigerating apparatus body.

Compressor

A refrigerant cycling device is provided. The refrigerant cycling device comprises a compressor, an intermediate cooling circuit and a three-way valve device. The compressor is connected to a heat exchanger and a depressurizing means, for performing a cooling operation and a heating operation. The compressor further comprises a first and a second rotary compression elements within a sealed container, and a refrigerant that is compressed and discharged by the first rotary compression element is introduced to the second rotary compression element. The intermediate cooling circuit is used for radiating heat of the refrigerant discharged from the first rotary compression element. The three-way valve device for opening a passage of the intermediate cooling circuit during the cooling operation. In this way, the coefficient of production (COP) during the cooling operation can be improved.

Refrigerant cycling device and compressor using the same

A multi-stage compression type rotary compressor, having a driving element and a first and a second rotary compression element that are driven by the driving element in a sealed container, is provided. The refrigerant compressed by the first rotary compression element is discharged into the sealed container, and said discharged refrigerant with an intermediate pressure is then compressed by the second rotary compression element. By cooling the refrigerant absorbed into the second rotary compression element, the rise in the temperature of the refrigerant that is compressed and discharged by the second rotary compression element can be suppressed. And, the supercooling degree of the refrigerant is increases before reaching the expansion valve to improve the cooling ability of the evaporator.
