A feed screw mechanism includes a rotary member having a female screw portion, a linear motion member having a male screw portion screwed to the female screw portion and making a linear motion with rotation of the rotary member, a lubricant between the female and male screw portions, a housing housing the rotary and linear motion members, and a wall portion protruding, in a radial direction, from the outer peripheral surface of the linear motion member. The wall portion moves together with the linear motion member, and an outer radial end portion of the wall portion is disposed: to not contact the inner peripheral surface of the housing and a member provided on the inner peripheral surface of the housing; or to be slidable with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the housing or the member provided on the inner peripheral surface of the housing.

Feed screw mechanism and electric actuator

Provided is an electric transmission device that is provided at relatively rotating parts of a mechanical apparatus. The electric transmission device (E) includes a pair of magnetic elements (A,B) relatively rotatable about the same axis (O). The magnetic elements (A,B) each includes a core (A,B) and a coil (A,B) having a conductive wire. One of the coil (A) and the coil (B) is located at an inner side of the other coil in a radial direction, and the coils (A andB) are magnetically coupled to each other. Each bobbin (A,B) includes a cylinder (A,B) and a dis-shaped flange (A,B). The flanges (A,B) are slidably in contact with each other at contact surfaces () thereof in the axial direction.

To provide a magnetic element such as a pot-shaped inductor in which a coil is covered by a magnetic body, having excellent cooling performance and being capable of suppressing heat generation. An inductoras the magnetic element is provided with a coil formed by winding a winding wire, a magnetic bodyin which the coilis arranged and which transmits magnetic flux generated by the coil. The magnetic bodyincludes an air-cooling portion for air-cooling the magnetic element, on a magnetic body outer diameter portion which covers an outer diameter side of the coil. The air cooling portion is formed of a slitas a hole structure penetrating the magnetic body outer diameter portion. Further, in a configuration in which the coil is sealed by a sealing resin, the magnetic body includes a flow control path, which controls a flow of the resin in filling the sealing resin, on a surface facing the coil.

The present invention facilitates positioning of contact surfaces of a resin case, core gap management, and assembling processing. A resin casecan house at least one magnetic core selected from a U-shaped magnetic core, a UU-shaped magnetic core, a UR-shaped magnetic core, and an I-shaped magnetic core. The present invention provides a magnetic element in which iron loss-caused heat generation is restrained and which can be produced with a high productivity. The magnetic element has a magnetic body which allows a magnetic flux generated by a coil () to pass therethrough. The magnetic body is a combined body formed by combining two halves, of the magnetic body composed of the compression molded and injection molded bodies, obtained by bisection made in an axial direction of the coil with each other. A compression molded magnetic body () is disposed at a portion generating iron loss-caused heat to a high extent or a portion inferior in heat dissipation performance. An injection molded magnetic body () is disposed at a portion other than the portion where the compression molded magnetic body is disposed. The compression molded and injection molded magnetic bodies are combined with each other.
