An in-vehicle system includes a power supply box provided in a vehicle, and having a plurality of device connectors and a controller that supplies, to the plurality of device connectors, power received from a power supply, and a switch that switches between a cut off and a permission of power supplied to the plurality of device connectors in the power supply box. When power supplied to the device connectors is permitted by the switch, the controller performs a connection target validation process of identifying a type of a connection target device connected to each of the device connectors and a position of the device connector to which the connection target device is connected.

In-vehicle system

Provided is a power distribution system for improving the reliability of power supply to the load in a case where a bidirectional DC/DC converter is connected to one power supply when redundantly configuring a power supply, including: a first terminal to be connected to a first battery; a second terminal to be connected to a second battery; a load terminal to be connected to a load; a bidirectional DC/DC converter connected between the first terminal and the second terminal; a first relay connected between the first terminal and the load terminal; a second relay connected between the second terminal and the load terminal; a control unit for performing controls of an operation direction of the bidirectional DC/DC converter, an opening and closing operation of the first relay, and an opening and closing operation of the second relay.

Power distribution system

Provided is a voltage converting unit including: a voltage converter capable of bidirectionally supplying electrical power between a first power system and a second power system; and a bypass switch disposed in parallel to the voltage converter. The voltage converter includes: a detector detecting a difference in voltage between the first power system and the second power system; and a switch controller controlling switching of the bypass switch on the basis of the difference in voltage in accordance with a predetermined rule.

Voltage converting unit

Effectively utilize a capacitor for supplying power to a load when a battery abnormality occurs. A power supply device for connecting to a battery and a load to which power is supplied from the battery includes: a capacitor; a first switch for switching a connection state between the battery and the capacitor; a second switch for switching a connection state between the capacitor and the load; and a control unit for detecting a state of charge of the capacitor and abnormality of the battery. When the abnormality of the battery is not detected, the control unit turns on the first switch and turns off the second switch when the capacitor is not charged, and maintains the first switch on after the capacitor is fully charged.

Power supply device

Provided is a power distribution system for improving reliability of power supply to the load in a case where a bidirectional DC/DC converter is connected to one power supply when making a power supply redundant, connecting a first battery and a second battery so as to supply power to a load, including: a bidirectional DC/DC converter detecting an output of the first battery and an output of the second battery, and controlling charge and discharge operation of the second battery: and a control unit detecting the output voltage of the first battery and the output voltage of the second battery, and determining from which one of the first battery and the second battery power should be supplied to the load based on detection results by the control unit and the bidirectional DC/DC converter.

A vehicular power control system for supplying electric power from a power source of a vehicle to respective ones of a plurality of loads or electronic control units is provided. The vehicular power control system includes a power distribution unit, a customized information storing unit and a power control unit. The power distribution unit receives the electric power and distributes the electric power to a plurality of systems. The customized information storing unit stores customized information in which operation specifications of the plurality of loads or electronic control units are determined. The power control unit controls distribution of electric power to the respective ones of the plurality of loads or electronic control units by the power distribution unit, on the basis of the operation specifications determined in the customized information.

Vehicular power control system, wire harness, and vehicular power control device

A vehicular power distribution system includes a first and second power control boxes which are configured to distribute the power, and a main connection cable which electrically connects the first power control box and the second power control box. At least the second power control box includes at least one voltage converter which generates output power of second voltage from input power of first voltage determined in advance. A number of kinds of voltage of power passing the main connection cable is smaller than each of a number of kinds of voltage outputted from the first power control box and a number of kinds of voltage outputted from the second power control box.

Vehicular power distribution system

A semiconductor abnormality detection circuit includes a semiconductor circuit and a controller which controls supply of power to a load. The semiconductor circuit includes a switch device disposed between a power source and the load, and a sense signal generator generating a sense signal corresponding to a current flowing through the switch device. The controller judges that the semiconductor circuit is operating normally if the instruction voltage level is equal to an off-voltage corresponding to non-energization of the switch device and a voltage of the sense signal is equivalent to a prescribed off-voltage corresponding to non-energization of the switch device or the instruction voltage level is equal to an on-voltage corresponding to energization of the switch device and a voltage of the sense signal is equivalent to a prescribed on-voltage corresponding to a steady energization state of the load.

Semiconductor abnormality detection circuit

A malfunction detecting apparatus for detecting a malfunction of a voltage detecting device accurately, including a low-voltage-system CPU which controls voltage detecting circuits to detect voltage between both terminals of one unit cell from among unit cells included in blocks corresponding to voltage detecting circuits. When variation of the voltage between both terminals detecting by the low-voltage-system CPU is at least an allowable error determined by a detection accuracy of the voltage detecting circuits, an abnormal condition of the voltage detecting circuits is detected.

Malfunction detecting apparatus

A fuse includes: a first connecting terminal to be connected to a power source; a second connecting terminal to be connected to a load; a third connecting terminal to be connected to a relay control circuit; a fuse element having one end to be connected to the first connecting terminal; and a semiconductor relay directly mounted on the second connecting terminal. The semiconductor relay is a relay circuit switching between conducting and non-conducting states of a connection between its own drain and source electrodes, according to control signals inputted to the own gate electrode. The drain, source and gate electrodes are electrically connected to the other end of the fuse element, the second connecting terminal and the third connecting terminal, respectively. The first to third connecting terminals, the fuse element and the semiconductor relay are formed in an integral structure with a mold resin sealing portion.

Providing a voltage detecting apparatus, which can detect rapidly a malfunction of a battery for a car structured by connecting a plurality of unit cells in series, a whole voltage value of both ends of a cell block corresponding a voltage detecting circuit assigned by a low-voltage CPU and a voltage value of both ends of the randomly selected unit cell are detected. When a difference of the whole voltage value and a product of multiplying the voltage value of the selected unit cell and a number of unit cells in the cell block are not less than a predetermined value, or when the whole voltage value or the product of multiplying the voltage value and the number of unit cells is out of a specification value range of the voltage value, it is judged that the battery malfunctions.

Voltage detecting apparatus for a hybrid electric vehicle

The power window system moves a window glass in opening and closing directions in response to operation of an opening and closing instruction switch. The power window system includes a measurement device for obtaining an open degree of the window glass and a control device for controlling movement of the window glass in response to operation of the switch. The control device moves the window glass in the closing direction when an open degree obtained by the measurement device is not less than a predetermined degree and in the opening direction when the open degree is less than the predetermined degree.

Power window system

The present invention is to provide a power regulated window having a window glass to be closed intentionally when some foreign body is pinched by the window glass for security reasons. When a close signal is output to a semiconductor switching element from window regulator switches, the window glass is closed. When some foreign body such as arm or fingers is pinched by the window glass, a load current of a motor becomes abnormal and the motor rotates reversely to open the window glass in order not to damage the foreign body. Besides this protective function, when the foreign body is pinched by the window glass and a prohibit signal to invalidate the reverse rotation is output, a reversing controller is stopped and the window glass is closed continuously by a bypass switching element.
