A transmission winding portion having a positive-polarity loop and a negative-polarity loop alternately formed so as to partially overlap with each other in the extending direction of a scale, arrangement of the positive-polarity loop and the negative-polarity loop being adjusted such that the positive-polarity loop and the negative-polarity loop on both sides with respect to the intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the transmission winding portion are inverted; a first reception winding that covers the transmission winding portion in the width direction of the scale, that has a length, corresponding to the cycle of the cycle pattern of the transmission winding portion, and that is formed into a rectangular pattern; a second reception winding having a shape symmetrical to the first reception winding with respect to the intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the transmission winding portion.

Electromagnetic induction type position detector

The purpose of the present invention is to further improve the accuracy of position control of a machine apparatus. A control device for a machine apparatus is equipped with: a speed control unit for calculating a torque command for the machine apparatus; a friction estimation unit for calculating an estimated value of the friction force produced by the machine apparatus; an amplitude phase adjustment unit for calculating a corrected friction value by multiplying the proportional gain by the friction force estimated by the friction estimation unit; and a correction unit for correcting the torque command by using the corrected friction value calculated by the amplitude phase adjustment unit. Furthermore, the proportional gain is determined on the basis of the gain properties of the transfer function of the machine apparatus from the position command to the position deviation.

Control device for machine apparatus and gain determination method for friction compensation

Provided are an electromagnetic-induction-type position detector which can be small sized and in which interference errors do not occur, and a detection method. The present invention has: a stator having first and second main patterns and first and second sub-patterns; and a rotor having a main pattern part and a sub-pattern part, in which adjacent comb-shaped electrodes of the main pattern part and the sub-pattern part are connected to form a single loop; and when an excitation electric current is supplied to the first and second main patterns, an excitation voltage excited in the main pattern part is detected in the first and second sub-patterns via the sub-pattern part, and when an excitation electric current is supplied to the first and second sub-patterns, the excitation voltage excited in the sub-pattern part is detected in the first and second main patterns via the main pattern part.

Electromagnetic-induction-type position detector and detection method

Improved precision is realized in positioning control. Provided is a servo control device that is applied to a numerical control equipment provided with a screw-feeding section that converts rotational movement of a motor to linear movement, a driven section that is linearly moved by the screw-feeding section, and a support member by which the screw-feeding section and the driven section are supported and that controls the motor so as to match a position of the driven section to a positioning instruction, including a support-member-reaction-force compensating sectionthat compensates for vibrations of the driven section due to a vibrational reaction force of the support member, wherein a transfer function provided in the support-member-reaction-force compensating sectionincludes a stiffness term for the driven section.
