An examination schedule management unit manages an examination schedule of a plurality of endoscopic examinations, including an examination room, information on scheduled examination start time, that on scheduled examination end time, and examination type information on examination contents. A cleaning schedule management unit manages a cleaning schedule of a plurality of endoscopes, including a cleaning machine, information on scheduled cleaning start time, and that on scheduled cleaning end time. An endoscope assignment unit assigns an endoscope to an endoscopic examination. A cleaning machine assignment unit assigns a cleaning machine for cleaning an endoscope assigned to the endoscopic examination.

A server device includes a first storage unit in which first information including device names, locations, and scheduled use dates and times of a plurality of medical devices is stored, a determination unit that determines an alternative medical device that may be an alternative device of the failed medical device on the basis of second information relating to at least one failure of the plurality of medical devices and the first information stored in the first storage unit, and a communication unit that transmits third information including a device name, a location, and a usable date and time of the alternative medical device to one or more client terminal devices corresponding to the medical devices that have not failed.

Medical system and information notification method

The system comprises at least an image information obtaining unit obtaining an observation image at the time of an examination for a medical treatment, a device information obtaining unit obtaining information of a device used at the time of the examination, and a recording unit recording information composing of the image information obtained by the image information obtaining unit and the device information obtained by the device information obtaining unit, as one associated information.
