This invention aims at providing a method of obtaining fine alloy powders, which are extremely small in particle size, high in purity, and uniform in composition, providing fine alloy powders obtained by this method, and providing molding materials, slurries, and electromagnetic shielding materials, which use these fine alloy powders. This invention provides a fine alloy powder production method, which is characterized in that after performing the process of mixing at least a trivalent titanium compound and a complexing agent, which binds with the trivalent titanium ion, in an aqueous solution containing two or more types of metal ion, the two or more types of metal are made to deposit simultaneously. This invention also provides fine alloy powders, which are obtained by the above-described method, that are 1 to 100 nm in particle size, and preferably exhibit the characteristics of soft magnetic material, and molding materials, slurries, and electromagnetic shielding materials, produced by dispersing an abovementioned fine alloy powder in a resin.

A coated article comprising a stainless steel base having an etched surface and having on the etched surface a coated layer. The coating layer may comprise a fluororesin and can be provided: after sensitizing the stainless steel base through heating, treating with an acid, subjecting to etching, and subjecting to a solution treatment; after immersing in an aqueous acid solution or an aqueous ferric chloride solution to cause the base to be dissolved to such an extent that the gloss of the surface disappears; after uniformly abrading the surface of the base through buffing or blasting to the weight corresponding to a thickness of 1.0 .mu.m or more of the base, immersing in an aqueous acid solution or an aqueous ferric chloride solution to cause the base to be dissolved to such an extent that the gloss of the surface disappears, and subjecting to etching; or after subjecting to electrolytic etching at 15.degree. C. or less.

A fluoropolymer coated article includes a fluoropolymer coating layer formed on a surface of a substrate. The fluoropolymer coated article has a concave formed on a fluoropolymer coating layer side surface of the fluoropolymer coated article. A fluororesin coating composition comprising a liquid medium having dispersed therein (A) fluororesin particles having an average particle diameter of 5 .mu.m or more and (B) fluororesin particles having an average particle diameter of 1 .mu.m or less.
