A vehicle door structure includes a door lock unit configured to lock a sliding door and a swing door when the sliding door is in a fully opened state, and a lock detection unit configured to detect a locked state between the sliding door and the swing door by the door lock unit. The door lock unit has a locking pin disposed at a guide body, a locking pin biasing member configured to bias the locking pin toward the swing door, and a fitting section formed at a slide rail and fitted onto the locking pin. The lock detection unit detects the locked state between the sliding door and the swing door by detecting the locking pin being fitted into the fitting section.

A vehicle door structureincludes a lock mechanism. The lock mechanismincludes a portion to be lockedprovided to a guided body, a first locking portionarranged at a position that corresponds to the portion to be lockedwhen the slide dooris in the fully closed position, and a second locking portionarranged at a position that corresponds to the portion to be lockedwhen the slide dooris in the fully open position. The portion to be locked, in the fully closed position or the fully open position, protrudes toward the first locking portionor the second locking portionand is locked by the first locking portionor the second locking portion. Provided is a vehicle door structure that enables manufacturing cost reduction and weight reduction. A vehicle door structureincludes a lock mechanism. The lock mechanismlocks sliding of a slide doorin a fully closed position in which the slide doorcloses a door opening portionand in a fully open position in which the slide doorfully opens the door opening portion. The lock mechanismincludes the portion to be lockedprovided to the guided bodyand the locking portionsandprovided to the slide rail. A back door device includes a hinge, a back door, and a damper stay. The hinge is provided on a roof of a vehicle and arranged at a position forward of a rear edge of the roof. The back door is configured to pivot vertically about the hinge to selectively open and close a door opening and includes a back door rear end portion and a back door roof portion. The back door roof portion includes a storage projection, which projects upward from an upper surface of the back door roof portion. The damper stay includes a first end, which is connected to the roof at a position rearward of the hinge, and a second end, which is connected to an inner wall of the storage projection. When the back door is closed, the damper stay is stored in the storage projection.

A vehicle door panel, which can prevent a slide-openable door panel from deviating from a swing-openable door panel when the swing-openable door panel is opened, is provided. A vehicle door structure comprises a slide door panel for opening and closing a front region of a rear door opening of a vehicle body and a swing door panel for opening and closing a rear region of the rear door opening in cooperation with the slide door panel, swing door panel lock mechanisms for locking the swing door panel with respect to the vehicle body when the swing door panel is fully closed, and slidability setting mechanisms provided with the vehicle body. Slide rails are provided in upper and lower parts of the vehicle body, while rollers are attached to upper and lower parts of the slide door panel. The slidability setting mechanisms permit the rollers to be introduced to the slide rails only when the swing door panel is locked with respect to the vehicle body.
