According to one embodiment, a solid state imaging device includes an image CDS processing unit that outputs a pixel signal based on a difference between a pixel voltage read from a pixel during a reset period and a pixel voltage read from the pixel during a signal read period, a temperature sensor that outputs a diode voltage when a diode current is changed, a temperature CDS processing unit that outputs a temperature measurement value based on a difference of the diode voltage at the time when the diode current is changed, and a timing generator that controls the reset period, the signal read period, and timing of changing the diode current of the temperature sensor.

According to one embodiment, a solid state imaging device includes an imaging unit that outputs imaging data by performing an imaging operation, a temperature sensor that outputs a diode voltage according to a diode current, and an output circuit that shares a part of a circuit with the imaging unit and outputs temperature data based on the diode voltage outputted from the temperature sensor in the same semiconductor chip.

There is provided a highly reliable transmission/reception integrated radio-frequency apparatus which can achieve a high communication quality in a cable modem. A reception RF signal is input to a reception system block via an input/output terminal, converted to an intermediate-frequency signal, and output from a terminal. An output terminal of a transmission processing section of a transmission system block is connected to the input/output terminal via an overvoltage protection circuit, a high-pass filter functioning as a countermeasure to overvoltage, and a low-pass filter for suppressing harmonics produced from the high-pass filter.

As a result, it determines the degradation of the reception quality caused by the non-linear distortion or the insufficiency of the C/N according to the radio frequency efficiency that differs from each channel or the receiving radio wave such as a level of the adjacent channel, so as to setup the optimal receiving condition.

A tuner circuit comprising a first frequency conversion means 14 for converting a high frequency input signal into a first intermediate frequency signal according to a first local oscillation signal, a second frequency conversion means 19 for converting the first intermediate frequency signal from the first frequency conversion means 14 into a second intermediate frequency signal according to a second local oscillation signal, a first PLL means 24 for controlling the first local oscillation signal so as to synchronize the phase of the signal with that of a reference oscillation signal having a fixed frequency, a second PLL means 31 for controlling the second local oscillation signal so as to synchronize the phase of the signal with that of a reference oscillation signal. In the first PLL means 24, a phase comparison frequency is set to a frequency higher than a specified value. In the second PLL means 31, a phase comparison frequency is set to a frequency lower than a specified value.

Tuner circuit

A microwave matching circuit, having a main line (for transmitting a high frequency signal) and a stub, formed close to the main line (for matching the input terminal of the high-frequency signal and the output terminal of the main line) includes a capacitor, for absorbing unnecessary components at the main line and other output terminals, connected between the main line and the stub.
