A staple removing device includes a placing table on which a sheet bundle bound by a staple is placed; a removing part including a tip end portion that can be inserted between the sheet bundle and the staple and is configured to be movable along the placing table between a standby position and a removal position and to be inserted between the sheet bundle and the staple when the tip end portion moves to the removal position; a first motor configured to move the removing part; and an accommodation part configured to accommodate the staple removed by the removing part, wherein the first motor is located below the removing part when the tip end portion is at the standby position, and the accommodation part is located below the removing part when the tip end portion is at the removal position.

A staple removing device includes: a placing table on which a sheet bundle bound by a staple is placed; a removing part located below the placing table, configured to remove the staple from the sheet bundle placed on the placing table, and including a tip end portion that can be inserted between the sheet bundle and the staple and is configured to be movable along the placing table between a standby position and a removal position and to be inserted between the sheet bundle and the staple when the tip end portion moves to the removal position; and a first motor configured to move the removing part, wherein the tip end portion moves while maintaining a state of protruding from the placing table via an opening portion at least until passing through the removal position from a front of the removal position.

A staple removing device includes an aligning part with which a fold of a booklet stitched by a staple having a crown portion and leg portions and folded along an extension direction of the crown portion is brought into contact, a guide part that guides the fold of the booklet to the aligning part; and a removing part having an operating part that moves in a direction intersecting with the fold of the booklet, to engage with the crown portion of the staple that stitches the booklet.

A staple removing device includes a device body, a removing part provided in the device body and configured to execute a staple removing operation of removing a staple from a sheet bundle, an accommodation unit detachably mounted to the device body and configured to accommodate the staple removed by the removing part, a count unit configured to count a number of operation times of the staple removing operation, a detection unit configured to detect whether the accommodation unit is attached or detached with respect to the device body, a measurement unit configured to measure an elapsed time after the detection unit detects that the accommodation unit is removed from the device body, and an operation-times reset unit that resets the number of operation times when the elapsed time becomes a predetermined time or longer.

Staple removing device

A staple removing device includes: a placement part on which a bundle of paper bound with a staple can be placed; a paper pressing part that is configured to be movable toward the bundle of paper, and presses the bundle of paper against the placement part by movement; a removal part that is configured to be insertable between the bundle of paper and the staple, and removes the staple from the bundle of paper by the insertion; a load detecting part that detects an insertion load of the removal part when the removal part is inserted between the bundle of paper and the staple; and a control part that adjusts a pressing force of the paper pressing part based upon the insertion load detected by the load detecting part.

The binding component conveyance path forms a curved conveyance path for conveying the binding component with being curved with respect to the axial direction to an end portion of a side of the aligned sheets at which the binding mechanism starts inserting the binding component, at a position that is distant from the end portion by a distance smaller than a length of one binding component.

A binding component holding sheet is configured to detachably hold a binding component obtained by spirally winding a wire rod and includes a holder configured to hold the binding component by insertion of a circumferential portion of the spirally wound binding component. Staple cartridge and staple leg chip processing apparatus

A forming plate and a driver plate are held at a front portion of a path of supplying connected staples in a laminated state. A staple in a C-shape formed at an inside of a strike out path formed between a front end face of a supply path and a back face of the face plate arranged on a front side of the supply path is pressed to supply to inside of the strike out path toward the face plate by a pusher urged by a spring. The staple is struck out by the driver plate. The pusher is made to constitute a first pusher, and a second pusher for pressing a leg portion of the staple to the face plate is aligned to be arranged to a side of a staple strike out port of the first pusher.

Stapler and staple cartridge

A cut chip of a staple leg cut by a cutter unit is discharged to a lower face side of the cutter unit by way of an opening formed at the cutter unit. The cut chip is guided in directions of both sides of the stapler by a pair of chutes arranged on a lower face side of the cutter unit to be continuous to the opening portion. The cut chip guided by the chutes is guided to a containing portion formed at a rear lower portion of the stapler by way of guide case portions formed at both side faces of the stapler.

A staple cartridge provided with a cartridge main body and a refill contained with connected staples. The refill is interchangeably attached to the cartridge main body. A guide portion for guiding the connected staples at an inside of the refill to a staple strike out portion is provided between a refill mounting portion and the staple strike out portion. Lower portions of the guide portion and the refill mounting portion are respectively arranged with a first actuator operated in accordance with a presence/absence of the connected staples at an inside of the guide portion and a second actuator provided in accordance with a presence/absence of the connected staples at an inside of the refill mounting portion. The first actuator and the second actuator are interlocked.

A staple cartridge includes: a cartridge body for accommodating a large number of staples; and a faceplate provided at a front end portion of the cartridge body, for forming a striking passage () of striking a staple by a driver, wherein support pieces are integrally formed from both side edges of the face plate to the rear, engaging bosses formed in the support pieces are engaged with recess portions formed on both sides of the front end portion of the cartridge body (), and the face plate is slidably and pivotally supported by the cartridge body (). In the cartridge body () and cover (), the small thickness grooves (), (), by which the staple cartridge () is bent into two pieces, are formed on the circumference of the staple accommodating portion.
