A fluid container for packing a product includes a check valve for each container member. A bonding structure of check-valves to a fluid container and a production apparatus of fluid container are disclosed in detail where the check valve is capable of reliably keeping the expansion of the fluid container without any fluid leakage after inflating the fluid container. As the check-valve is bonded to only one of thermoplastic container films, both films of the check-valve are fixed to one of the container films at a plurality of seal portions, thereby preventing the reverse flow by tightly closing the check valve. The plurality of seal portions in a flow pass of the fluid disrupt the fluid flow so as to add resistance to the fluid flow.

Structure of fluid container and method and apparatus for producing the fluid container

A multi-purpose air-packing method and system enables to pack a product having an irregular shape easily at low cost. The air-packing method includes the steps of placing a product to be protected in a container box; applying a first air-packing device having a plurality of air containers to side surfaces of the product in a manner to surround the product in the container box where each of the air containers has a check valve to maintain compressed air therein independently from one another; and inflating the air-packing device by supplying compressed air to securely hold the product within the container box. Two or more consecutive air containers at one end of the first air-packing device have a cross sectional size smaller than that of other air containers.

Multi-purpose air-packing method and system

A check valve for use in an air-packing device has a simple structure and promotes to easily inflate all of the air cells of the air-packing device with a relatively lower pressure. The check valves can be easily attached to any locations of the air-packing device. The check valves are formed when a check valve film is attached to one of the first and second thermoplastic films. Peeling agents of predetermined pattern are applied on the check valve film which prevents heat-sealing between the first and second thermoplastic films for air tightly separating two adjacent air containers. The check valve is configured by an air flow maze portion having a zig-zag air passage and a common air duct portion which provides the air to the air flow maze portion of a current air container as well as to the air flow maze portion of a next air container.

An air-packing device has an improved shock absorbing capability to protect a product in a container box. The air-packing device is configured by first and second plastic films which are bonded at predetermined portions thereby creating a plurality of air containers, each of the air containers having a plurality of series connected air cells; a plurality of check valves established at inputs of the corresponding air containers for allowing compressed air to flow only in a forward direction; and an air input commonly connected to the plurality of check valves. Through a post heat-seal treatments, predetermined edge portions are bonded, thereby creating an inner space for packing a product therein and an opening for loading the product therethrough.

An air-packing device has an improved shock absorbing capability to protect a product in a container box. The air-packing device is configured by first and second plastic films which are bonded at predetermined portions thereby creating a plurality of air containers, each of the air containers having a plurality of series connected air cells; a plurality of check valves established at inputs of the corresponding air containers for allowing compressed air to flow in a forward direction; an air input commonly connected to the plurality of check valves; and heat-seal flanges formed on side edges of the air-packing device. Through a post heat-seal treatment, predetermined points on the air containers and the heat-seal flanges are bonded, thereby creating a container portion having an opening for packing a product therein and a cushion portion for supporting the container portion when the air-packing device is inflated by the compressed air.

Structure of air-packing device having improved shock absorbing capability

A method and apparatus for a fluid container having a plurality of container members and firmly sealing the fluid container to prevent reverse flows of fluid from the container members where each container member is not provided with a check valve. The fluid container includes a guide passage, a plurality of container members, and narrow passages connecting the guide passage and the container members, and a check-valve formed at an input of the guide passage for allowing a fluid flow of only one predetermined direction. A fluid is introduced through the input of the guide passage, the check-valve, and the narrow passages to the container members, thereby inflating the container members. The narrow passages are sealed after the inflation of the container members.

Sealing method and apparatus for fluid container

A magnetism applying circuit, which has a construction in which the different polarity ends of a pair of permanent magnets are connected to the respective ends of a yoke having a V-letter shape, is attached to a pipe so as to place the permanent magnets close to the pipe. Therefore, a magnetic fluid treatment apparatus which can reduce magnetic field leakage is formed.
