To provide a power converter and a breaking mechanism which can break a DC current and can suppress that a fused material scatter to other circuits at fusing, in the case where the breaking mechanism of excess current is formed by a circuit pattern of a circuit board. In a power converter, a supporting member is provided with a support body part; a fixation projection part which projected from the support body part and to which the multilayer circuit board was fixed; and a support projection part which projected from the support body part and supports an one side circuit board face, wherein the fuse pattern is provided in an inner layer, and the support projection part overlaps with at least one part of a fusing part of the fuse pattern, viewing in a normal direction of the circuit board face of the multilayer circuit board.

Power converter and breaking mechanism

Provided is a busbar connecting device that can achieve good workability and high reliability at the same time. The busbar connecting device includes: a connection portion in which a busbar conductor and a current conductor of a bushing are connected; an insulation busbar connector covering the connection portion; a work hole communicating with the connection portion from an outside of the insulation busbar connector; and an insulating plug inserted into the work hole and sealing the insulation busbar connector, wherein a surface pressure between an inner circumferential surface of the work hole and an outer circumferential surface of the insulating plug is greater at a deep part of the work hole than at a shallow part of the work hole.

The semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor module including a plate-shaped semiconductor element, a conductor electrically connected to one surface of the semiconductor element, a heat dissipation plate of which one surface is thermally and electrically connected to another surface of the semiconductor element, a resin member sealing the semiconductor element, the conductor, and the heat dissipation plate, and an insulation heat dissipation member thermally connected to another surface of the heat dissipation plate exposed from the resin member; a heatsink thermally connected to the insulation heat dissipation member; and an electric field inhibiting plate including a plate-shaped thin part covering the one surface of the semiconductor element and opposed thereto so as to be separated therefrom, the thin part being sealed by the resin member, and a connection part extending from the thin part to the heatsink and thermally and electrically connected to the heatsink.

Semiconductor device

A switchgear includes a movable part capable of reciprocating movement in first and second directions, a movable contact coupled to the movable part and capable of reciprocating movement relative to the movable part, a biasing member that biases the movable contact, a latch part capable of switching between a first state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is restricted and a second state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is permitted, and a fixed contact provided on a side of the first direction with respect to the movable contact. When the movable part and the movable contact move in the first direction, after movement for a predetermined distance, the movement of the movable contact is restricted by the latch part in the first state, and then, when the movable part has moved further in the first direction, the latch part is switched to the second state.

Switchgear

In a connecting device of an electrical apparatus in which a first solid insulator and a second solid insulator each molded as a solid insulator on a periphery of a center conductor are connected to each other via a flexible insulator, a high voltage electrode having an outer diameter larger than those of the center conductors is disposed in the second solid insulator, and a ground electrode having an inner diameter smaller than that of an outer ground layer of the second solid insulator and larger than the outer diameter of the high voltage electrode is disposed in the first solid insulator. Electric field directions at an interface between the first solid insulator and the flexible insulator and at an interface between the second solid insulator and the flexible insulator are directions along the respective interfaces.

Connecting device with conical interface and flexible insulator

A switch includes: a first contact and a second contact placed on an operation axis and facing each other; an urging part that urges the second contact to a first contact side; and a second magnetic material part that engages with the second contact to restrict the second contact from moving to the first contact side. The switch also includes: a conductor part that passes current when an arc is formed between the first contact and the second contact; and a first magnetic material part that surrounds the conductor part. When current flows through the conductor part, the second magnetic material part is disengaged from the second contact.

A first opposing surface inclination angle of a protruding first solid insulating material of a first high-voltage device is smaller than a second opposing surface inclination angle of a dented second solid insulating material of a second high-voltage device. A hollow truncated-cone flexible insulating material of which the thickness before insertion between the first high-voltage device and the second high-voltage device is the same at every part and the elasticity modulus gradually increases from a small-diameter side toward a large-diameter side, or a hollow truncated-cone flexible insulating material of which the thickness before insertion gradually increases from a small-diameter side toward a large-diameter side and the elasticity modulus is the same at every part, is compressed and sandwiched between the first solid insulating material and the second solid insulating material.

Electric device and method for manufacturing electric device

A gas-insulated electric device, by which a cross-sectional area of a central conductor can be reduced. The gas-insulated electric device includes an insulation tube that ranges to portions facing to ground potential portions for a central conductor and to upper-lower portions along the grounding potential portions, and is coaxially arranged along the central conductor in a state where a gap intervenes between the central conductor and the insulation tube; a conductive layer that is formed on an inner surface of an insulation tube and is electrically connected to the central conductor; and a ground layer that is formed on an inner surface or an outer surface of the insulation tube and is grounded; in which heat generated from the central conductor is radiated by convecting the insulation gas through the gap between the central conductor and insulation tube.

Gas-insulated electric device

A switchgear includes a fixed contactor provided in a tank filled with insulating gas, and a movable contactor provided in the tank, the movable contactor being connected to and disconnected from the fixed contactor so as to move forward and backward. The switchgear includes an arc extinction member including a surrounding portion which is slidably connected to the outer circumferential surface of the movable contactor halfway in a movement range from a close contact state to an open contact state and is formed so as to surround an arc space portion in a sealed manner, the surrounding portion being formed with a through hole through which the arc space communicates with the outside of the arc space.

In a vacuum circuit breaker corresponding to three-phase, which is configured by linearly arranging three pressure tanks respectively corresponding to one-phase, in which insulation gas is encapsulated, and a vacuum valve is installed, each pressure tank has a nearly longitudinal shape or a nearly square shape, viewed from a plane surface, and the vacuum valve is arranged in each of the pressure tanks in a state where a drive direction of the movable conductor is aligned with an upper lower direction, and the movable conductor is positioned lower than the vacuum valve, and keeps a sufficient insulation distance with respect to the movable-side connection conductor, and is neared to a position in one of diagonal directions or longitudinal directions of the pressure tank having a nearly square shape or nearly ellipsoidal shape, and moreover, the operation mechanism is arranged and configured at a position, which is lower than the vacuum valve.
