[Problems] To realize a structure that is substantially highly reliable, that solves a problem of a wire break accompanied by an application of an external force to a terminal and at the same time solves a problem of a wire break caused by heat effects during dip soldering, without causing a strength reduction of the terminal, cost increase, and wire thinning. [Means for Solution] A winding component in which a terminalis disposed in a protruding manner to a bobbinprovided with a winding portion, and a winding end is connected to the terminal, wherein a resin protrusionis formed integral with the bobbin at a foot of the terminal, the resin protrusion is shaped with a part of its circumference notched so that a side surface of the terminal partially juts out, and a wire material that is wound around the resin protrusion a plurality of times comes into contact with the terminal and is to be connected by dip soldering.

Winding component

Variation in inductance and leakage inductance between the secondary windings is reduced thereby making lamp currents uniform and thus preventing the occurrence of uneven brightness. A two-output inverter transformer comprises a bobbin having a primary winding wound around the middle and secondary windings wound on both sides thereof and having a pole-like core inserted into its winding shaft. A rectangle frame-like core is placed to surround the primary and secondary windings such that the pole-like core is opposite the rectangle frame-like core with a gap sheet interposed at either end. Their sizes are set such that L&#x2212;L2 t, where Lis the length of the rectangle frame-like core, Lis the length of the pole-like core, and t is the thickness of the gap sheet, and they are so combined that the pole-like core protrudes evenly from the opposite ends of the rectangle frame-like core.

A high frequency power inductance element capable of remarkably reducing a leakage by remarkably reducing an interwinding capacity, remarkably increasing heat radiation from coils, and remarkably improving productivity and a cost, comprising coils formed of a band-shaped conductor spirally wound in a cylindrical shape so that the wider surfaces thereof come flush with each other, an electrically insulated bobbin for installing the coils thereon, and cores inserted into the bobbin to form a closed magnetic circuit.

High-frequency power inductance element

An inductor of the invention is obtained by forming conductors of a desired shape on bendable plate type support members, providing a slit in one end of each of the conductors, and a claw on the other end of each of the conductors, bending the plate type support members, engaging the slits and claws with each other so as to form windings on the support members and openings therein, and inserting magnetic cores through the openings.

A multi-channel output type transformer for outputting uniformly balanced voltage among multiple output channels. The transformer comprising a primary winding and a secondary winding that is wound round a winding shaft portion of a core. The secondary winding of the transformer is a flat cable belt comprising covered conductors corresponding to the number of output channels. The cable belts are arranged in parallel. A plane loop is formed by appropriately folding the flat cable belt, and the plane loop member is arranged to as to substantially orthogonally intersect the winding shaft of the core.

In a switching power supply a stable dc output voltage having a higher power factor is obtained even for an unstable ac input voltage using a sufficiently broadened duty ratio of the switching signal. The switching power supply include a rectifying circuit 10 for full-wave rectifying an ac input voltage to output a pulsating current, a chopper circuit having a switching device Q1 driven at a sufficiently higher frequency than that of the ac input voltage, an inductor L1 connected in series with the switching device Q1 between output terminals of the rectifying circuit 10, and a capacitor C1 for smoothing a current fed through the inductor L1 to supply a stabilized dc output voltage, an error amplifier 11 and a multiplier 12 for providing a threshold level signal having a full-wave rectified waveform, in which the phase thereof is the same as that of the ac input voltage, and an amplitude corresponding to an error voltage included in an output voltage of the chopper circuit, a comparator 13 for comparing the current of the switching device Q1 with the threshold level signal, and a monostable multivibrator 20 for driving the switching device Q1 according to the output signal of the comparator 13. The turn off time of Q1 becomes shorter when the immediately preceding turn on time becomes longer.
