A valve driving device includes a plurality of valve bodies that are simultaneously driven. Driven gears are disposed symmetrically with respect to an axis of the a common gear. Rubber valve bodies which are separate from the driven gears are disposed on the lower surfaces of the driven gears. The valve bodies are slidably aligned with a valve seat which is formed by smoothly denting a valve seat plate. The driven gears are brought into contact with the valve seat under pressure by one leaf spring member to open or close communication holes (valve openings) thereby interrupting or opening a flow-path from an inflow hole.

Valve driving device

A stator structure of a motor includes a stator assembly having a coil bobbin on which coil windings are wound, terminal pins affixed to the coil bobbin, a substrate having a wiring pattern and affixed to the terminal pins, and a connector member that is equipped with connector pins for supplying external power. The connector member is provided independently of the terminal pins. The connector pins of the connector member are electrically connected through the wiring pattern on the substrate to the terminal pins. At least a connection section between the substrate and the terminal pins, a connection section between the substrate and the connector pins, and a part of the connector member are sealed with sealing resin.

Stator structure of motor

A gear meshing with a pinion controls the angle of rotation of a valve element which is brought into sliding contact with a valve seat, thereby controlling the opening and closing of a communicating hole of outflow pipe. During welding the valve seat plate and a housing, a hook portion of an upper portion of the gear is retained by a retaining portion to cause the valve element to be spaced apart from the valve seat. After natural cooling, the pinion is remotely operated by an electric motor to rotate the gear, thereby canceling the holding. A resilient arm causes the gear to be disengaged from the retaining portion by its urging force, brings the valve element into pressure contact with the valve seat, and allows the opening/closing operation to function smoothly.

Valve drive device

A first pipe, a second pipe and a third pipe are airtightly connected with each other. A cam member rotates about a rotation axis for moving a valve body so as to open/close the first pipe and the second pipe so that the third pipe is selectively communicated with the first pipe and the second pipe, the cam member being movable in a direction parallel with the rotation axis. A cam actuator drives the cam member so as to move the cam member in the direction parallel with the rotation axis to open both of the first pipe and the second pipe, when the cam member is rotated at a predetermined angle.

Valve driving apparatus

A valve opening/closing drive device includes a main body case formed by press molding and connected respectively with an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe. A valve element is provided within the main body case for opening and closing an opening part and a motor having a stator part placed on the outside of the main body case and a rotor part positioned inside of the main body case and opposite to the stator part for opening and closing the valve element is also provided. The device further includes a holder member supported by the main body case and provided with a temporary holding part for temporarily holding the inflow pipe or the outflow pipe when the pipes are joined with the main body case.
