Medicine packaging apparatuses and methods for accurately determining a remaining sheet amount of a medicine packaging sheet are described. The apparatus includes: a roll support section to which a core tube of a medicine packaging sheet roll is attached; a sensor disposed in the roll support section for outputting a count value according to a rotation amount; a wireless reader-writer unit for writing information to a core tube IC tag and reading said information; an information generation section for generating information to be written to the core tube IC tag; a remaining sheet amount estimation section for estimating a current amount of remaining sheet based on the information and dimensional information of the core tube; and a controller which selectively performs an operation if a reference time-point count value is not yet written to the core tube IC tag and another operation if the count value is already written thereto.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a drug cassette having a compact configuration which allows for drugs to be fed out one at a time using a first rotating body and a second rotating body, and also provide a drug packaging device. The following are arranged within a cassette main body of said drug cassette: a cylindrical body that accommodates the drugs; a first rotating body that is disposed on a bottom surface side of the cylindrical body, the first rotating body being rotatable around a first rotating shaft; and a second rotating body that is disposed on an outer periphery of an opening in the cylindrical body, the second rotating body being rotatable around a second rotating shaft. At least one drive unit, disposed in a remaining space within the cassette main body, to rotate and drive the first rotating body and the second rotating body.

Medicine packing device

A device () for containing and dispensing tablets, wherein vial bottles () filled with tablets wait in waiting spaces () and the vial bottles () are taken out from the waiting spaces (). A plurality of pairs of holding members () facing each other for holding the bodies of the vial bottles () are installed in the waiting spaces (). Also, stock sensors () in the same quantity as the pair of holding members () are installed to check for each pair of holding members whether a vial bottle is held on the pair of holding members () or not.

Tablet storage and take-out apparatus

A labeling apparatus of the present invention is constituted by: at least three support rollers which come into contact with the outer surface of the vial to rotate; an arm for rotatably supporting the support rollers; a rotation unit (rotation rollers) for rotating the vial held by the support rollers; a label supply unit for supplying labels to be attached on the outer surface of the vial; and an endless member which rotates according to the rotation of the vial between a first support roller with which the label fed from the label supply unit comes into contact first and a second support roller with which the label comes into contact second.

A drug filling apparatus capable of preventing drugs from being bridged to each other and reducing troubles. The drug filling apparatus functions to select specific tablets from various types of tablet groups and fill the selected tablets into a vial, and includes a storage cabinet, a drug supplying section, a drug halting section, a drug conveying section, a drug filling section, a vial storing section, and a vial carrying section. A drug dispenser is installed in the drug halting section. A receptacle of the drug dispenser is constituted by an outer receptacle portion and an inner receptacle portion. When a time for filling of tablets in the drug dispenser into the vial comes, a motor of a drive section rotates according to specified signals to rotate the inner receptacle portion; that is, the rotational orientation of the inner receptacle portion is changed to reverse the inner receptacle portion.

A tablet filling device for supplying a vial container of desired size certainly with no mistake comprising a plurality of containing means containing vial containers by size, a means for taking out a vial container from the containing means based on prescription data, means for carrying a vial container taken out by the container take out means, a means for providing a table to a vial container carried by the carrying means, a means for collecting a vial container in the middle of carriage by the carrying means, a means provided on the carrying passage of the carrying means and detecting the size of a carried vial container, and a control means for judging whether the size of a vial container selected based on the prescription data matches the size of a vial container detected by the container size detection means and collecting the carried vial container by the container collection means if they do not match each other.

Tablet filling device

A vial capping device includes a cap installation ring, a holding device, a movement device, and a tightening motor. The cap installation ring has an inner periphery thread to be threadedly engaged with a thread of an outer peripheral surface of a cap. The holding device holds a vial during fastening. The movement device brings a thread of the inner peripheral surface of the cap attached to the cap installation ring and an opening of the vial closer to each other. The tightening motor rotates one or both of the cap installation ring engaged with the cap and the holding device holding the vial. Thus, the vial capping device with a simple construction reliably fastens the cap to the vial.

Vial capping device and vial capping method

A vial supply apparatus comprises: a vial supply part having a plurality of storage portions which store vials having different heights according to size, each storage portion comprising a rotatable endless member disposed at a predetermined interval from a partition wall, partitioning members disposed at predetermined intervals on the endless member, endless member driving means, and a supply port for dispensing a vial stored between adjacent partitioning members; a chute portion for dropping the vial dispensed from the supply port such that an opening of the vial faces upward; a robot arm for holding the vial supplied from the chute portion; and an adjustment table disposed below the robot arm, for adjusting an opening height of the vial supplied from the chute portion in accordance with the height of the vial.
