A three-dimensional shaping device includes: a discharge head for discharging fluidic raw material through a nozzle; a shaping table on which a shaped product is to be molded; a linear motion mechanism; and a rotation unit. The linear motion mechanism moves the shaping table relative to the discharge head in three mutually orthogonal axial directions. The rotation unit tilts the shaping table relative to the discharge head. An operation of curing, on the shaping table, the raw material discharged through the nozzle is repeated while the relative position between the discharge head and the shaping table is being changed by the linear motion mechanism and the rotation unit, thereby molding a shaped product in which the cured raw material is stacked in layers.

Three-dimensional shaping device

A rolling bearing includes rolling elements between an outer race and an inner race, a resin seal ring covering an opening of at least one end of a bearing space, and a filter covering an oil hole defined in the resin seal ring for capturing foreign matter contained in lubricating oil. The filter and the resin seal ring are integrated by insert molding and are made of the same material. An annular lip portion, which is separate from the resin seal ring, is in contact with the outer race. An engaged portion on a radially inner side of the resin seal ring is engaged in a recess defined in the inner race such that, during thermal expansion of the resin seal ring, the engaged portion is engaged such that the resin seal ring is movable in a radial direction relative to the inner race.

Rolling bearing and a travel unit including rolling bearings

A rolling bearing includes rolling elements incorporated between an outer race and an inner race, a resin seal ring covering the opening of at least one end of the bearing space, and a filter covering an oil hole formed in the seal ring for capturing foreign matter contained in lubricating oil. The filter and the resin seal ring are integrated by insert molding. The filter and the seal ring are made of the same material. An annular lip portion, which is separate from the seal ring, is in contact with the outer race. An engaged portion provided on the radially inner side of the seal ring is engaged in a recess formed in the inner race such that, during thermal expansion of the seal ring, the engaged portion is engaged such that the seal ring is movable in the radial direction relative to the inner race.

A seal ring including filters is mounted to a rolling bearing. The bearing includes rolling elements disposed between an outer race and an inner race. The seal ring is made of a resin or a metal and covers an end opening of the bearing space defined between the outer race and the inner race. The filters are detachably fitted in oil flow holes formed in the seal ring. The filters catch foreign matter contained in lubricating oil. The seal ring is engaged by one of the outer race and the inner race. An annular member made of a material softer than the seal ring is fixed to the seal ring. The annular member serves as a lip facing the other of the inner and outer races with a gap left therebetween, or in abutment with the other of the inner and outer races.

Rolling bearing

An object of the present invention is to prevent breakup of segments which constitute a split type retainer for a tapered roller bearing, when the tapered roller bearing is being mounted on target equipment, thereby improving operability in the mounting process. A segment for a tapered roller bearing is provided with a predetermined number of posts between a small-diameter-side end fringe which constitutes a small-diameter-side circumferential edge of a split type retainer and a large-diameter-side end fringe which constitutes a large-diameter-side circumferential edge thereof. Pockets are formed between the posts. At least the large-diameter-side end fringe, out of the small-diameter-side end fringe and the large-diameter-side end fringe, is provided with a large-diameter-side engagement piece. When the bearing is mounted, the large-diameter-side engagement piece is engaged with the large-diameter engagement member fitted and fixed onto the bearing's inner ring, whereby the segment is prevented from breaking up.

Retainer segment for tapered roller bearing, tapered roller bearing, and method for mounting tapered roller bearing

A rolling bearing as a ball bearing comprising an inner ring; an outer ring having the same axial width as said inner ring; balls arranged between said inner ring and said outer ring; and a sealing member having a roughly channel-shaped configuration in cross section projecting from both end faces of said inner ring and said outer ring. A relation between a diameter A of said ball and an axial width W of said inner ring and said outer ring satisfies A/W&#x2267;0.4, and a relation between a bearing volume V of said ball bearing and an internal space capacity C of said ball bearing satisfies 0.35&#x2266;C/V&#x2266;0.55.
