A refill includes a peripheral wall defining a space capable of accommodating staples therein. The peripheral wall includes a bottom wall having a first side, a second side opposite to the first side, and a third side connecting end portions of the first side and the second side, a first side wall standing from the first side, a second side wall standing from the second side and opposing the first side wall, and a front wall positioned above the third side and connecting the first side wall and the second side wall. A first opening is formed on the first side wall and the front wall to extend across a boundary between the first side wall and the front wall.

Refill

A staple refill includes a refill body accommodating sheet-type connected staples. The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall, and a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples. The refill body is formed with an opening such that the sheet-type connected staples inside the refill body are visible through the opening, and the pressing member includes a protruding portion configured to enter the opening.

Staple refill, stapler, and cartridge

A staple refill including a refill body accommodating sheet-type connected staples. The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending right guide slot, and a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending left guide slot. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples. The pressing member includes a guide shaft guided along the right and left guide slots. The guide shaft includes a right end portion protruding outside the right wall through the right guide slot, and a left end portion protruding outside the left wall through the left guide slot.

A refill for staples, which can not be removed from a cartridge unless all sheet-type connected staples in a stapler body are delivered. A refill for staples is installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, and includes a refill body which holds the sheet-type connected staples, and a pressing member which presses the sheet-type connected staples. A delivery port delivering the sheet-type connected staples and a locking plate provided with a locking section which locks a locked section in the stapler body are formed in the refill body. When the sheet-type connected staples are pressed, the pressing member is engaged with the locking plate not to allow rotation of the locking plate, and, when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed, the pressing member is disengaged from the locking plate to allow rotation of the locking plate. Thereby, the locking section of the locking plate can be removed from the locked section in the stapler body.

A staple refill includes a refill body accommodating sheet-type connected staples. The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall, a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall, and a front wall provided on front sides of the right and left walls. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples, the pressing member including a first guide projection at a front end of the pressing member configured to contact an inner surface of the front wall.

The front wall includes a first locking section protruding forward from a lower portion of the front wall. The locking plate includes a second locking section.

The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending right guide slot, and a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending left guide slot. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples, the pressing member including a guide shaft guided along the right and left guide slots. The guide shaft includes a right end portion protruding outside the right wall through the right guide slot, and left end portion protruding outside the left wall through the left guide slot.

A self-propelled stapler has a stapler body provided on a base in such so as to be slidable relative to the base. A sliding mechanism is provided between the base and the stapler body. The stapler body slides to a predetermined binding position at the time of a binding operation, and slides to an original position after the binding operation by the sliding mechanism. The sliding mechanism has a link which is rotatably provided on each side of the stapler body, and one end of the link engages with the base.

Self -propelled stapler

A cut chip of a staple leg cut by a cutter unit is discharged to a lower face side of the cutter unit by way of an opening formed at the cutter unit. The cut chip is guided in directions of both sides of the stapler by a pair of chutes arranged on a lower face side of the cutter unit to be continuous to the opening portion. The cut chip guided by the chutes is guided to a containing portion formed at a rear lower portion of the stapler by way of guide case portions formed at both side faces of the stapler.

A table including a clincher mechanism is provided to be supported pivotably by a rear portion of a main body frame, the table is integrally formed with a wing pieceprojected along the main body frame, a locking device is formed between the wing piece of the table and the main body frame, and by engaging the locking device with the wing piece, a pivoting force in an opening direction of the table is hampered.

Tape locking mechanism for motor-driven staplers

A driver structure configured to drive a U-character shaped staple including a pair of leg portions configured to pass through a bundle of papers and a crown for connecting the leg portions, the driver structure including a blade edge disposed to be in contact with the staple, first projecting parts provided at opposite end portions of the blade edge and disposed to be in contact with a corner between the crown and each of the leg portions for pressing the leg portions perpendicularly when the pair of leg portions pass through the papers, and second projecting parts provided on the blade edge in vicinity of the first projecting parts and configured to hold the crown in vicinity of the pair of leg portions when the pair of leg portions pass through the bundle of papers, each of the second projecting parts having a corner portion to engage with the crown.
