A composite pack for filling liquid material having an interior member as a non-self-standing type liquid material filling package member of filling a liquid material and an exterior member capable of stably holding the interior member, includes a bag-shaped interior member formed by the liquid material into a soft package bag and an exterior member for housing the interior member and including a cylindrical body, a bottom wall disposed at a lower end of the cylindrical body and an opening portion formed in an upper end of the cylindrical body. A pouring nozzle is made from a packaging laminate film having a laminate structure of not less than three layers including a base film layer and non-oriented sealant layers laminated on front and rear surface sides of the base film layer and having a pouring path at its central portion. A tear-inducing flaw is formed by irradiating a laser beam across the pouring path and to a position where a portion of at least one of the non-oriented sealant layers on the front and rear surface sides of the base film layer is displaced by pushing.

In a packaging bag including a main bag body made of laminate films and a film-shaped pouring nozzle made of laminate films being thinner than the laminate film for the main bag body and developing a self-sealing function, the main bag body is provided on an edge part of a portion formed by cutting out at least a shoulder part with a notch part for fixing and holding the film-shaped pouring nozzle, and the notch part is formed as a protect cover separatably connected to the cutout edge part to house the film-shaped pouring nozzle therein, and an outer face of a base part of the pouring nozzle is fusion-joined to an inner face of the cutout edge part of the main bag body and connected to the main bag body.

A package bag having: a flexible main package bag body formed by fusion-joining a sealant layer of a packaging film of laminated structure including a base film layer and the sealant layer; and a one-way pouring nozzle having a self-sealing function, which is constructed by a planar laminated film having thin thickness including sealant layers on front-back both sides. The one-way pouring nozzle is projected laterally from the flexible main package bag body by fusion-joining a base end portion of the one-way pouring nozzle to an inner surface of a side portion of the main package bag body, including: a projection portion extending continuously from the flexible main package bag body, with which whole one-way pouring nozzle is covered from both of front surface side and a back surface side; and a tear-inducing flaw extending across a center portion in a projection direction of the one-way pouring nozzle.

A flexible package bag is equipped with a film-shape non-return nozzle by which a pouring amount of a liquid packed material can be stabilized by rectifying a pouring flow of the liquid packed material. The pouring performance and breaking resistance of the bag can be improved by reinforcing the film-shaped non-return nozzle. A flexible package bag is formed by fusion-joining a base end portion of a film-shaped non-return nozzle having an outer non-return function of preventing penetration of ambient air into the bag to inner surfaces of a side portion of a main package bag body composed of plastic laminate films and projecting therefrom. A seal section for rectification/reinforcement formed by fusing two opposed plastic laminate films is disposed at a position near to the main package bag body including a lower portion of a fused section to the base end portion of the film shaped non-return nozzle.

A self-standing liquid package bag provided with flat film valve is provided at a single use form by self-standing a liquid package bag with a film valve having a one-way function without being required to house and fix in another outer package vessel and obstructing the one-way function of the film valve. The self-standing liquid package bag of the invention is formed by protrudingly disposing a flat film valve having a one-way function, which is subjected to a wetting treatment at full inner faces in a pouring path and a portion adjacent to a fused part near to the pouring path, on an upper part or top part of at least one side edge of a bag body portion and disposing a self-standable bottom portion at bottom thereof.

There are provided a package bag capable of surely preventing stay of ambient air or the like in the package bag and intake thereinto even in the filling by handwork or the like of an operator as well as a method for filing and packing the liquid material to be packed into the package bag. A package bag is characterized by comprising a bag main body made of thin laminate films for packing, a fusion part formed at a position spaced from a bottom portion of the bag main body not forming a nozzle through fusion and extending in a widthwise direction of the bag main body, an insert port for a pipe-like filling nozzle provided in a middle portion of the fusion part, a filling part of one-way function formed between the fusion part and an opening end of the bag main body.

There is proposed a non-self supporting type flexible package bag provided with a film-shaped one-way pouring nozzle, which is excellent in not only the non-return function and liquid cutting properties but also the pouring property of a liquid packed material as a filling material (packed material in the bag can be poured smoothly until the end). In the flexible package bag provided with the film-shaped one-way pouring nozzle protruding from a side portion, corner portion or top portion of the package bag body, a coating layer made from a water-repellent material or an oil-repellent material is provided on an outer surface of the film-shaped one-way pouring nozzle, while a wet-treated layer is provided on an inner face of a pouring path in the film-shaped one-way pouring nozzle.

There is provided a device for attaching a one-way type pouring nozzle, which includes a simple and small-size mechanism capable of efficiently fusion-joining the one-way type pouring nozzle to a film for package bag. In this device, a nozzle template film formed with a plurality of one-way type pouring nozzles templated by tear-inducing flaws is fed to a continuously running film for package bag to fusion-join a base portion of each of the one-way type pouring nozzles through its outer sealant layer to an inner sealant layer on one-sided portion of the film for package bag, while an unwanted portion of the nozzle template film is cut out and removed. The device also includes a pair of fusion rollers pushing and fusion-joining the one-way type pouring nozzle in the nozzle template film to the running film for package bag under the running at equal speed, and the fusion roller pair is constituted with a heating roller always energizing toward the side of the running path of the film for package bag, and a heat roller for attachment provided with protrusions intermittently pushing the film for package bag to positions of one-way type pouring nozzles in the nozzle template film on the heating roller.

A coupled portion of mutual laminate films sufficiently contributes to the formation of a packaging bag in that the coupled portion itself has excellent air tightness and liquid tightness. The tensile strength required for the laminate film is given to the coupled portion, whereby a temporary stop of a packaging apparatus is useless when a connecting portion of the laminate film is passed through the apparatus, thereby enhancing the operation efficiency and improving the yield of the material. Oriented base film layers are joined in a mitre form at the coupled portion between a rear end portion and a front end portion of laminate films comprising oriented base film layers and sealant layers.
