A floor portion () is formed to be inflected to a radial direction inner side from a lower end portion of a channel outer tube portion (), and is disposed apart from and opposing a flange portion () at an outer periphery side of a tube portion () of a dividing member (). The floor portion () is disposed within the tube portion () in an axial direction S, that is, so as to overlap with the tube portion () when viewed from a radial direction. Liquid-sealed anti-vibration device and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention provides a liquid-sealed-type anti-vibration device that achieves damping performance as well as durability, the device comprising: an inner-tube member; an outer-tube member; first and second rubber bodies; and a fluid chamber, wherein a partition member, which is provided on the inner-tube member and has an inner-tube rigid protrusion and a rubber partition, is provided with a limiting passage, the outer-tube member has first and second outer-tube rigid protrusions having a shape of an inward flange, at least one of the first and second outer-tube rigid protrusions is disposed on the side of liquid chambers, each of the first rubber body and the second rubber body is provided with a ring-shaped cavity extending inside the respective rubber body along the outer circumferential surface of the inner-tube member, the depth of the cavities being configured such that the cavities extend beyond the first outer-tube rigid protrusion or the second outer-tube rigid protrusion, and at least one of the cavities faces one of the liquid chambers.

Liquid-sealed-type anti-vibration device and method for manufacturing the same

A strut mount allows a sufficient pre-compression to be applied to a rubber member without impairing the retaining force for the rubber member, thereby achieving improved durability of the rubber member. A pre-compression member () has an outer diameter that is smaller in the distal end side than in the proximal end side, and is press-fitted into the inner peripheral surface of an inner tube member ().

Tubular vibration-damping mount

An outer tube () of a vibration-damping device () is split into a first outer tube member () at a first end along the direction of an axis (O), and a second outer tube member () at a second end. The second end of the first outer tube member () in the direction of the axis (O), and the first end of the second outer tube member () in the direction of the axis (O) overlap each other in a radial direction of the outer tube () with the second rubber elastic body therebetween (). Through this configuration, the generation of a noise from the vibration-damping device can be suppressed.

The vibration isolating apparatus includes, an outer tube, an inner tube disposed at an inner peripheral side of the outer tube, an elastic body disposed between the outer tube and the inner tube, a main fluid chamber which contains a fluid with the elastic body serving as a portion of a partitioning wall of the main fluid chamber and whose internal volume changes due to deformation of the elastic body, a first auxiliary fluid chamber which contains a fluid and a portion of a partitioning wall of the first auxiliary fluid chamber is formed by a diaphragm so as to expand and contract a space between the first auxiliary fluid chamber and the outer tube, a first passage which communicates the main fluid chamber and the first auxiliary fluid chamber, and a second passage which communicates the main fluid chamber and the first auxiliary fluid chamber.

Vibration isolating apparatus

A vibration isolating apparatus includes a first mounting member; a second mounting member formed in a substantially cylindrical shape with a distal end side having a smaller diameter than a diameter of a base end side, the second mounting member being disposed at an outer peripheral side of the first mounting member; an engaging portion formed by projecting the second mounting member toward an inner peripheral side at an axial direction substantially intermediate position between the distal end side and the base end side of the second mounting member; an elastic body disposed between the first and second mounting members; a liquid chamber containing a liquid therein in a sealed manner; a separating wall member having an outer peripheral side which engages with the engaging portion of the second mounting member so as to be positioned in an axial direction, and separating the liquid chamber into a pair of small liquid chambers by being fixed within the liquid chamber; and a bracket in which the second mounting member is inserted from the distal end side thereof and in which the base end side of the second mounting member is press fitted. Accordingly, a sealing by the separating wall member can be stabilized.
