A structure and a method of preventing electrolytic corrosion for a magnesium alloy member (), the structure wherein a first coated layer () formed by electro deposition and a second coated layer () formed by distributing PTFE particles on the first coated layer () are covered on the surface of a tightening member () at least on a surface coming into contact with the magnesium alloy member (), whereby, the electrolytic corrosion of the magnesium alloy member can be prevented at a low cost by insulating a tightening member such as a steel bolt and a washer from the magnesium alloy member, and an adhesiveness therebetween can be sufficiently assured.

A portable physical checker which is provided with a display part, a group of the function changing-over keys and ten-keys for data input on the surface of the unit case where is sufficiently thinner than dimensions of height and width thereof and has the electrodes for measuring inner body impedance at reverse side of the above unit case, the central processing unit processes according to the input from above electrodes based on the setting with the above function changing-over keys and keys for data input and also the memory unit for data storage.
