A plurality of takeoff objectives are set based on a takeoff request with respect to a target step in production lines, at least throughput of each production line, and basic information of a production plan for each production line, production plan data satisfying the plurality of takeoff objectives is obtained, takeoff objective delay data indicating that the production plan data is delayed with respect to the plurality of takeoff objectives is obtained, and at least a degree of delay of the product is displayed based on the production plan data and the takeoff objective delay data in accordance with each of the plurality of takeoff objectives in a preset display conformation.

A production control system for producing products from parts, the production control system, comprising: a product data obtaining module configured to obtain product data including an effective surplus production quantity from a parent product production location, which is a location producing parent products using the products as their direct parts; a part data obtaining module configured to obtain part data including a surplus production quantity from a part production location producing the parts; an effective surplus production quantity calculation module configured to calculate an effective surplus production quantity of a production department which produces the products from the parts based on the effective surplus production quantity and the surplus production quantity; and, a part data transmission module configured to transmit part data including an effective surplus production quantity of the production department to the part production location.

A scheduling computer system optimizes the match between allocation of processes and resources. To do so, the system temporarily allocates the resources to a process selected based on the attributes of the resources and the processes, as well as the processing start and desired processing end times. In doing so, the system avoids selecting processes to which resources have been already allocated. The system also determines a resulting time value and a resulting fitness value based on the temporary allocation. Using the resulting time value and the resulting fitness value, the system determines the optimum resource for a particular process and allocates the resource to the process accordingly. The system also generates a scheduling chart illustrating the resource allocation.

Constraint evaluation system, expert system, and constraint evaluation method for evaluating an allocation proposal, in which the job combinations are selected for individual evaluation to test if each combination is consistent with a constraint. This shows whether there is a restriction in which one of the jobs of a combination is determined uniquely by the other job of the combination. When a restriction is detected, the current value, which has the restriction, is replaced with the restricted value of the job which is uniquely determined by a one-to-one dependency relation. After the individual evaluation associated with the restricted job is performed, a job other than the other job of the combination is selected.
