A novel bendable and highly portable information processor is provided. In addition, a novel information processor capable of displaying information or the like on a seamless large screen is provided. A novel information processor in which one display region can be divided into two regions at a bend position is provided. A novel information processor in which different images or images for different purposes can be displayed in the respective regions is provided. The present inventors have conceived a program including a step of dividing the display region and displaying image data in the respective regions when a display unit of the information processor is bent.

A functional panel is provided. The functional panel includes a first driver circuit, a second driver circuit, and a region. The first driver circuit supplies a first selection signal, the second driver circuit supplies a second selection signal and a third selection signal, and the region includes a pixel. The pixel includes a first pixel circuit, a light-emitting element, a second pixel circuit, and a photoelectric conversion element. The first pixel circuit is supplied with the first selection signal, the first pixel circuit obtains an image signal on the basis of the first selection signal, the light-emitting element is electrically connected to the first pixel circuit, and the light-emitting element emits light on the basis of the image signal. The second pixel circuit is supplied with the second selection signal and the third selection signal in a period during which the first selection signal is not supplied, the second pixel circuit obtains an imaging signal on the basis of the second selection signal and supplies the imaging signal on the basis of the third selection signal, and the photoelectric conversion element is electrically connected to the second pixel circuit and generates the imaging signal.

An electronic device capable of efficiently recognizing a handwritten character is provided. The electronic device includes a first circuit, a display portion, and a touch sensor. The first circuit includes a neural network. The display portion includes a flexible display. The touch sensor has the function of outputting an input handwritten character as image information to the first circuit. The first circuit has the function of analyzing the image information and converting the image information into character information, and a function of displaying an image including the character information on the display portion. The analysis is performed by inference through the use of the neural network.

The novel information processing device includes an input portion supplying a map and a memory portion storing a program. The program includes interrupt processing in which a data set is generated from the map, a step of extracting a pattern from the data set generated through the interrupt processing, and a step of supplying instructions associated with a reference table when the extracted pattern is included in the reference table.

An ultrasonic wave sensor is provided in the semiconductor device with a display region having photosensors. An object to be detected is detected by switching the photosensors and the ultrasonic wave sensor in accordance with illuminance around the semiconductor device or a distance between the semiconductor device and the object. The photosensors and the ultrasonic wave sensor can be used concurrently.
