The present invention provides a medical suturing device structured with a retrieval puncturing needle formed with through-hole; a retrieval member able to be inserted through through-hole; an insertion puncture needle formed with through-hole; a hollow tube that can be inserted through insertion through-hole, and the distal tip of which is formed into a deformable bent portion; and a suture that can be inserted through the inside of hollow tube. The retrieval member is structured with an annular engagement member that can be deformed into a straight shape, a rod member that is connected to annular engagement member, and a grip that is provided with a mark. The mark is furnished on hollow tube, such that when retrieval puncturing needle and insertion puncture needle are in a condition where mark and mark are facing each other, the upper supporter and lower supporter can be detachably attached.

Medical suturing device

A gastrostomy tube extension device which can facilitate the insertion or removal operation in and from the patient, and increase the simplicity of manufacture. A gastrostomy tube extension device for inserting or taking out the gastrostomy tube into/from the patient includes a rod, a fixing member, and an engaging member. The rod is formed of a rod-shaped member with engaging stepped portions. The fixing member is capable of moving along the longitudinal direction of the rod, and an engaging projection which can be fixed to the tube member is formed on the peripheral surface of the fixing member. The engaging member includes a lower engaging portion engageable with the engaging projection and an upper engaging portion which is engageable with the engaging stepped portion This assembly allows the extension to be locked.

Gastrostomy tube extension device

A gastrostomy tube extension device used for inserting or taking out the gastrostomy tube into/from the hole on the patient includes a rod, a fixing member, and an engaging member. The rod is formed of a rod-shaped member, and may be formed with engaging stepped portions on the proximal portion thereof. The fixing member is adapted to be capable of moving along the longitudinal direction of the rod, and an engaging projection which can be fixed to the tube member is formed on the peripheral surface of the fixing member. The engaging member includes a lower engaging portion engageable with the engaging projection and an upper engaging portion which is engageable with the engaging stepped portion. This assembly allows the extension to be locked, allowing the operator to manipulate the device with a single hand.

A gastrostomy tube extension device which can facilitate insertion or removal of a gastrostomy tube by making the degree of extension of the gastrostomy tube constant. A gastrostomy tube extension device used for inserting and taking out a gastrostomy tube into/from a hole formed on a patient's abdomen, the gastrostomy tube including an outer fixing member to be installed on the skin surface side, an inner fixing member installed on the inner surface side of the stomach wall, and a tube member for connecting the outer fixing member and the inner fixing member and the gastrostomy tube extension device comprising a rod and an engaging member. The rod has a rod-shaped member which can push the center of the distal end of the inner fixing member with its distal portion toward the distal end, and with a plurality of engaging step portions formed on the proximal portion. The engaging member is also provided with a lower engaging portion which can engage with an outer fixing member and an upper engaging portion which can engage one of the engaging step portions of the rod.

A liquid coinjector is provided in which one or more connection ports may be connected to an outlet port and in which a valve body is provided for selecting the connection arrangement, the valve body being movable in an axial direction within a chamber of a main body.

Liquid coinjector

A cap for a connector which can fill a male luer connector with only a fluid, such as a medicinal fluid, without leaving gas in the male luer connector. The cap for the connector comprises the cap body, the sliding part movable relative to the cap body, and the air filter placed at the tip end opening of the gas flow path forming part included in the sliding part. Also, the cap body comprises the cylindrical fitting part for liquid tightly fitting with the tip end opening of the male luer connector, and the cylindrical guide provided with the liquid outlet on its peripheral surface. Further, the liquid outlet can be opened or closed by shifting the gas flow path forming part within the cylindrical guide. Moreover, the cylindrical guide is placed within the recess portion to be guided between the gas flow path forming part and the containing wall.

Cap for connector

A connector has a connection port closed by a sealing member. The connection port is attached to a first body portion which in turn is connected to a second body portion by an elastic bellows. When a Luer connector is withdrawn from the port, the bellows first extends and then retracts creating an overpressure within the connector.
